Do you not see the booger welds? Someone put those to hide the damaged pinion yoke. I believe this was because of a worn U joint that went too long without replacement.

I put a condom in between the ball and socket so the play is gone now. It's also has grease for life 😆

I put a bandaid on it, everything is good now 😅

Hello, thank you for the suggestion. This truck doesn't get driven a lot as it's for work only. It has the CAT fuel filter upgrade, plus the lift pump has another fuel filter and a water separator. The total cost for the 3 filters is about $160 Canadian. Therefore, they get changed once or twice a year. I only put about 10000 km per year on this truck.

Thank you for the tip. Unfortunately, the tire was flat due to the valve stem disintergrated when we went to fill it with air. Also, the brake drum was seized to the brake shoe. Unfortunately, I wasn't equipped to pull wheels.

Hello, the floor plugs were already coated with bedliner. I didn't want to touch them and potentially start a new problem. So I used my wet vacuum to suck up the water.

Yes, it did, I passed up on this truck to buy my Jeep Cherokee. I was also hesitant to drive something daily that old, especially only being 19 at the time. I didn't know much about cars.

Indeed, I do have Ontario ownership. Did I mention the subframe is soft like a sponge, it's running on 3 cylinders, there's no exhaust, the drivers door is so rotted you can reach inside the cabin, and lastly the rockers panels are nonexistent? Perhaps I should have, lol.
