2 questions, should I do this with the tire on the ground? Also should I do it with the belt cold or warm?

I'm an amatuer raw powerlifter and I use sleeves when I compete. I'm considering introducing wraps in training for hypertrophy blocks only. My thought is that this will help me get more weight and tension on the quads. I would still use sleeves for my strength blocks and peaking phases. Thoughts?

I have a 2017 Expedition (3.5 ecoboost) with the same light on the dash. I don't know if the harness is the same as on the 2016 F150 but I'll look for the wires harness under the battery box. thanks

My AFD v3.5 wing wasn’t even painted on the bottom and crevasses… there was also debris and wood chips w/ clear coat over it on the bottom in which I cannot remove.. emailed them about it and never responded back to me..

I use one at my workplace. I loosen the small bung to control the pressure 2 ways. This way I have the regulator and a small air leak to keep the barrel from expanding.

Usually in general, Is the "hole template kit" as you used in your video specifically made only for deadbolt lock installations? Or The same kit can also be used for door handles installations too? Thanks for a great video.

WOW... this looks sketchy as hell. You do realize that basketballs are inflated to 9-11 psi. I have also seen a video of a 1970s geodesic dome house built with concrete lifted up into place with 10 psi of air. I wouldn't dream of putting 10 psi in a 55-gallon drum and standing by it.

I have this same AFD wing and am actually very disappointed. If you look at the wing’s angle of attack it actually generates lift rather than downforce. Compare the angle it to any OEM STi wing and you’ll see what I mean. Curious to what your thoughts are.
