Hey bud quick tip drill a hole in that vertical piece an attached a length of chain and have the other end attached to your bucket that way you'll never lose your shoes

I have wanted a ditch mower for a while. Pricey though. Then I saw your video and if it can take that kind of abuse for that cheap of a price, well it will be here soon. I have the side shift mfz195 and it's been a great mower but it cant do ditches. I found Y knives to fit it and I have cut grass 6 feet high and didn't even work it hard. Thanks for video!

Redneck Tech is an apt handle. The chain was to tight to begin with and needed loosening, not tightening. Get someone to sit on the bike then measure the slack and you would have found that as the rear wheel compresses, the chain tightens and would have had no slack at all. Good way to destroy output shaft bearings, chain & sprockets The reason why the manual says 40-50mm slack while on the side stand is because the weight of the bike is compressing the rear suspension. The slack required when on the center stand might be more like 60-70mm, maybe more. The only true way of checking chain tension properly is when the centers of the front sprocket, the swing arm pivot and the rear axle line up in a straight line. This is the point the chain is at its tightest. At this point, provide a bit of chain (so it's not tight) and your good to ride. I have an 850GS and when chain slack is set to 50mm on the center stand, as soon as i sit on the bike, the chain is tight, no slack at all and it will tighten more as the rear suspension compresses more. I want my previous bikes shaft drives please.

You won’t do it that way on a road king ! My 2007 flhrse3 you have to take the rear axle out to get the caliper off . I did it with the caliper on in about 20 minutes .

FIRST BLADE CHANGE...the blades are reversible so just turn them around...after that you'd need to start sharpening them. BE CAREFUL!!! When your using ratchets to unbolt the blades be aware of your hands and arm motions...I barely brushed by the new blade and sliced my thumb a bit. TOOLS NEEDED TO ACCESS AND REMOVE BLADES LISTED ABOVE IN VID DESCRIPTION.

I don't know about dumping but hauling material a half ton could haul one ton.a 3/4ton could haul 2ton that's what I put on them at the sand and gravel company I just always asked them if they checked the air in there tires many said yes put material on tires go down lucky we had a compressor at the business so if you hauling something only takes a minute to check air pressure in tires save a lot of headaches in the long run now if you have overload springs then that's up to you but don't push it be safe than sorry better to make another load than be broke down 2:25

I've heard that went you remove the head and don't replace the base gasket of the cylinder it will leak? Did you go further and replace the base gasket before reassembly?
