You go to all the effort of getting a realistic shifter then drive the truck like youre in an arcade racing game, lol. You should aim for 1500 upper limits.

I feel like that is going to break the base, considering that truck shifter is so damn tall. The shifter is like 60 euros, so that does explain the build quality
@@u238productions thousands and thousands of miles on that TH8S with that shifter on top of it. With zero issues. It works fantastic. I sell and make the truck shifters. So I'm not easy on these things. I'm driving all the time to make sure that they work the way they're supposed to.

and in case of it being a little too heavy you can strengthen the shifter
on the side with a flat head

I can see why not, as long as you have some sort of adapter. If it's the kind that goes on with set screws/ grub screws, you should be good without an adapter. 👍

On PS5 I do believe it needs to go through the steering wheel according to what I've read.

What about in ets how do you get an 18speed? Love your shifter,use it all the time on Ats. Ets doesn’t have a 18speed just Rang Splitter Range-Splitter Scania 12speed & 12+2 speed Volvo 12 & 12+2 speed Zf 12 speed Zf 16 speed
The closest to an Eaton Fuller 18 speed would be the ZF-16. Most of the other ones have a very different layout. It does work... But not the same
ATS stoped recognising the shifter, no more generic USB in the drop down list. How can I fix it?
Sorry you're having a problem. Let's get that sorted for you. I am pretty sure it's a steam controller configuration that needs to be disabled for ATS. It is if you're using a 5 or 6 speed. These are made to fit a variety of configurations.

Just got it fresh out of the box all thanks to this video how ever the mic does not work what so ever nothing but crackling noice and no actual voice is picked up at a loss not sure why it’s not working

Yes! I include a mount adapter that I modify for the Fanatec Shifter.
The engine-sound is way too tame for the Jake-brake - it sounds like they mixed up the jake/engine-sound from two different trucks into one?!

when i got mine today i downloaded the driver, set everything up but it didnt wanna work with FH4 so im scared it wont work on FH5 which ill get today
