awesome job..so is that 3 layers of tile adhesive before laying the tiles. are the layers all done in one day or do u need to let a layer dry out first?

What a fantastic transformation. And it makes me wonder, what happens when it rains ? How is the water to drain ? What is that "mesh" or membrane ? I came here for ideas for an exterior tile entranceway. I have a small roof over it.

I laid some 4" handmade tiles like those a few years ago, had to lay them all out on the floor because they were all twisted and curled and some were flat ( ish ) ,I think they were from Turkey, can't think what they were called but an absolute nightmare 😂

Hello, may i ask a question. @ 1:54 i notice that you have to cut down the diamonds, is this in order that at either end you maintain whole diamonds on the corners? Hope that makes sense! And if that is indeed the case you would do this 'hack', for want of a better word, exactly halfway along? Thank you. Amazing work by the way.

X77? I recently used that on a job and the pot life was terrible. It stiffened up after 30 minutes. I emailed Ardex about it but no reply. I’ve gone back to Bal products. Have you encountered any issues with x77?
