The Sands apartment complex's apartments can be booked either direct via their own web site, or there is a limited number of them available to book on AirBnB.
The penthouse featured in this video is Lockton 504. I feel it offers the best views out of Lockton's four penthouse apartments.

This is easily the best lodge or cabin I have stayed in and I have stayed in many. It was nothing less than thrilling to walk into the generously proportioned and beautifully finished interior. Equidistant between Beverley and Humber Bridge, Raywell is quite close to Willerby, Cottingham and South Cave. The locality is idyllically rural. The cabin is spacious. Fixtures and fittings are good quality. I was cold in the cabin for long periods. There was a lingering smell of stale urine in the bathroom, presumably where the owners had placed a wicker basket of WX essentials on the floor near the 'splash zone' of the toilet. I stayed here - through AirBnB - in July 2023. It's a truly remarkable place to the stay. The accommodation is at least as good as it looks online and the views look much better in the real world. The shed, which is a reincarnation of the old tea room, is not in use as I write, so you have plenty of privacy to look forward to.

It's mid-June 2023. The apartment is really good quality accommodation and the people on the service desk are professional and courteous. Staying here, you get one of those rare occasions when the real-world offering is better than it looks online .... and it looks pretty good online.

What a great discovery this place was, while staying in Fron Cottage in Rhayader. Just a seven minute drive away. A great spot for dog walking. We will probably go to the adjacent Gilfach Nature Reserve for tomorrow's constitutional stroll.
