They could at least remove the earnings threshold for the time being, and re evaluate it later I think it should be removed entirely. It’s typical Marxism this - keeps the suppressed more suppressed. Classic far left extremists - fake virtuing, and guilty pleasures of irony and hypocrisy. If you marry some one with pwd they will basically get no support as you the partner will most likely earn more than your earnings threshold in about a 1/3 or a quarter of a year if they have a job that is average and not poverty as your ‘combined’ threshold is $32k. So that means no support for the rest of the year. The threshold doesn’t give disabled people a chance to get a head in so many ways it requires pages to discuss. It’s disgusting to think this is how this system is run and that these folks are somehow living off of $16,000k. all this fake liberal showboating is destroying this country which is run by closet dictator who only virtues liberal values to get votes

CPP disability says L4 and L5 disc herniations severe and prolonged requirements met unable to sustain any gainful employment for now and the foreseable future. Yet the WCB says L4 damages where considered assymptomatic at my first appeal in 2006. I was recommended L4 disc decompression in dec/2004 the first time. In 2008 second appeal I was deemed and CPP became a colateral benefit and deducted accordingly. In 2016 losing everything I decide to try class 1 thinking possible? Mistake. I have a 2017 MRI from same hospital as 2004. MRI says Large L4 compressing nerve root "A new fimding"? Ah No! I make a statement of disagreement with hospital. Not a new finding. I bring to wcb and appeal and request reconsideration. The new chief appeal commissioner Mrs Karen Dyck says I should have known through my own due diligences? Denied. So I then make human rights complaint and the Manitoba Legislative Assembly makes a new policy giving the executive director the right to dismiss without investigation. Mr Jima says don't have jurisdiction? So discrimination, negligences and torture is acceptable????? Twice!!!!!

Hi, I really can’t wait to see my income increases because right now we don’t even receive enough to cover the rent. Receiving $1100 per month and we pay our rent already 1000$ so when are we going to be able to leave in peace without worrying all the time. I pray for you to make sure that everyone like me. That would be great to see something in our bank account. Right now I’m paying my bills with credit cards. And that not too good. Thanks for understanding our situation.

The GoTrain requires transfer at various times to either another train or to a bus at Bramalea Go. The biggest hurdle I face is GRT limited start and end times. To catch the first GoTrain to Toronto at 7:06 a.m. means that GRT transit is needed before that time yet is unavailable. The second problem is that the Indigo parking meter at Via Rail parking lot does not work except to give 30 minutes of free parking when I need a full day of parking at $12, so I get a parking ticket of $60-$85. from Indigo Parking as their machine does not work. Indigo should be required to properly maintain its parking meters!!! I had a note explaining how I tried to pay the $12, parking fee 5 times. I explained when I sent the $12. I tried to pay and told Indigo I expected the fine to be waived as I had made every attempt to pay but their machine would not allow me to do so as it was defective. There was no button to request help. Another lady told me this happens every time she tries to pay the $12, but that she then photographs a panel, downloads something on her cellphone and then after trying for a half hour succeeds in paying. I do not have a cellphone, so I cannot do that. It should not be so difficult to pay a parking fee!!!

The UN's IPCC AR6, chapter 12 "Climate Change Information for Regional Impact and for Risk Assessment", section 12.5.2, table 12.12 confirms there is a lack of evidence or no signal that the following have changed: Air Pollution Weather (temperature inversions), Aridity, Avalanche (snow), Average precipitation, Average Wind Speed, Coastal Flood, Agricultural drought, Hydrological drought, Erosion of Coastlines, Fire Weather (hot and windy), Flooding From Heavy Rain (pluvial floods), Frost, Hail, Heavy Rain, Heavy Snowfall and Ice Storms, Landslides, Marine Heatwaves, Ocean Acidity, Radiation at the Earth’s Surface, River/Lake Floods, Sand and Dust Storms, Sea Level, Severe Wind Storms, Snow, Glacier, and Ice Sheets, Tropical Cyclones. How about some quotes from the UN's IPCC AR6? "There is low confidence in the emergence of heavy precipitation and pluvial and river flood frequency in observations, despite trends that have been found in a few regions." "There is low confidence in the emergence of drought frequency in observations, for any type of drought, in all regions." "Observed mean surface wind speed trends are present in many areas, but the emergence of these trends from the interannual natural variability and their attribution to human-induced climate change remains of low confidence due to various factors such as changes in the type and exposure of recording instruments, and their relation to climate change is not established. . . The same limitation also holds for wind extremes (severe storms, tropical cyclones, sand and dust storms)." There is no objective observational evidence that we are living through a global climate crisis. None.

I have some concerns about the disability people in Canada. I know that disability benefit has been reduced the $200 a month in a year from now maybe but I have more concerns about the provincial programs is the liquid acid limit. They have here in Manitoba it’s only $4000 in your bank account if you have more money in your bank, your money will be taken away or your benefit will be taken away on the provincial disability program at the same time otherwise they will take one away or the other thing is at the bank at the Royal Bank they are telling me my income is not accepted. My RDSP is not accepted for collateral. They have all kinds of excuses. I like to ask if there could be changes be made in the provincial governments as well with the policies. Thank you

25k....a miniscule percentage of the 1.5 MILLION pwd who are living in extreme poverty. If the problem stems from the provinces, they should just SAY its the provinces. but instead, they do not even have the courage to say anything outside of the same regurgitated talking points over and over again. They keep repeating "Nothing without us" when its quite obvious that what they really mean "Nothing" Nothing for us. They intend to do nothing to end the poverty, nothing to end the soul crushing despair that is driving so many towards ending their own lives. These delays are the POINT. They INTEND for us to end our lives.

Don't be fashy. You're trying to play one group of vulnerable people off against other groups of vulnerable people. (Do you not recognize that migrant workers, victims of war, people displaced by climate change, and a group of people who suffer significantly higher violent and injurious outcomes than the general population are also vulnerable?!) It's hard to see what any of those things have to do with disability support for Canadians except in your bigoted mind.

Liberals said, "We want to get it right." Not, 'Down the road we'll be getting it right'. This Canada Disability Benefit process has been a fraud on Canadians. I can't wait! I'm going hungry and living at risk NOW, not in 2025! How in the world is there not help now!! We waited and engaged so we would be treated like human beings in Canada. Instead we're told to go f*ck ourselves after all that time. How dare Liberals. How dare they commit this fraud... only on people with disabilities!
