I made these cookies yesterday. They are a smaller batch which I like because there's just two of us. One thing I did not realize is that this recipe uses almost as much sugar as the full size recipe. While the consistency, ease of making and visual results are great, the cookies we're too sweet for me but my husband loves them
Thanks a lot! Your honest feedback means a great deal. Feel free to tweak the sugar to suit your taste. And indeed, the choice of chocolate chips can really impact the balance. Opting for dark chocolate chips can help offset the sweetness compared to milk chocolate chips.
