Step-by-step macaron recipe How to make Pistachio Macarons｜Anneke Cooking
Ingredients
Makes 60-65 macarons
Shells
305g confectioners sugar
305g almond flour
1 drop of green food color plus 1 drop of yellow food color
7 liquefied egg whites (220-224g)
303g fine sugar and 76g of water
Pistachio White Chocolate Ganache
110g Heavy cream
255g White chocolate
2 tbsp pistachio paste
