@ so you have a greek ancestry! I was thinking of flying to turkey then greece but i guess i have to apply for a schengen visa? Anyway i was so facinated by that greece when i read the culture and old world that i want to see it. Am still thinking about it since im now in dubai just imagine the fare is only $125✈️ one way?

I made the beef ragu to a traditional iItalian recipe which has you saute the veg first then the been mince, then you add milk and cook it off and then the same with some white wine, before adding seasoning and 2 tins of tomatoes. I did this late evening so I could do the Ninja Slow cook LOW overnight. I set it for 12 hours. I woke up during the night and could not resist checking the temperature.. it was up to 99oC. I switched it off after 10 hours and it had cooked nicely. So fears about slow cook slow have gone assuming you cook for a long time.

I learned something new today, I had to look up what pandesal was. Looks so tasty, my family would absolutely love that and I wonder if I could make it gluten free too.

@@SweetSouthernLivingHomestead there are lot’s of gluten free flour you can use👌 and it would be the fluffiest pandesal ever if you can make some! and i bet Amanda , many filipinos will watch your videos about making pandesal!

It is my absolutely FAVORITE shrimp taco and it is so easy to make. I am gluten free so I use corn wraps but I love putting the corn wraps in my gourmia oven (toaster oven) and toast it in there till it's a nice crispy texture 😊
