Welcome to my channel! My name is Amanda and I love Gardening, Canning, Cooking and crafting! I am a wife and mother of 3 beautiful children.
I enjoy gardening and learning as I go. I remember going to my grandparents as a child and seeing their beautiful garden. It meant a lot to me going to their house, walking their garden and picking things with my grandpa. My mother loved to garden as well and we would garden together as I was growing up.
I love what I can grow and to be able to bring it to our kitchen to cook it, can it and enjoy eating it. Also the joy that gardening brings to my children as it does for me.
I am also gluten free and I cook a lot of meals gluten free so I can enjoy them with my family! Being gluten free does not have to be boring, it can be tasty and rewarding, especially when making things you can eat that you can't always get when going out! Enjoy and love what you cook!

Everything I made in this video was all gluten free. My family absolutely loved it all. Tip….put your bacon on a sheet pan and put into oven that’s preheated to 400 for 15 to 20 minutes YOU DONT HAVE TO FLIP THE BACON
@@unspokenbutterfly-1972 yes, you know that's what I have been doing lately when I don't use the ninja. I sooooo should have done that for this dish, would have saved me time and not burning some 😂🤣 I have such a small kitchen and I always have to really think where I am going to place things once done in the oven. The potatoes I made I used: - olive oil - small white onion - red bell peppers from my garden - petite potatoes - salt & pepper - parsley - mozzarella cheese

The other night I made Gluten Free Chicken Bacon Ranch with Potatoes and i had leftover potatoes, so I saved them for breakfast for today to have a breakfast date with my husband and 1 year old, while the 2 older kids were at school ❤❤❤ turned out so TASTY!
