CNC Autoloader Milling Mantic Clutch Pressure Plate in Clutch Industries' Manufacturing Plant
Clutch Industries has two auto-loading Mazak CNC machines in their Melbourne manufacturing plant. These machines are used to make components in a Mantic Clutch Twin or Triple disc clutch kit.
The pressure and intermediate/floater plate start out as 1045 billet steel before being milled into the near-complete component. The cover assembly starts out as aircraft-grade aluminium billets before being milled into the cover.
Mantic Clutch Flywheels are manufactured in-house using their two other Mazak CNC machines that are manually loaded by an operator.

Thank you sir, this saved my ass.
Im a bit confused that the csc will be damaged if you compress it by hand due to the friction associated with it having no fluid in it but surely when you reattach the transmission the csc will then be compressed by the pressure plate? Should we fill the csc with fluid before installing it so that when you mount the transmission back onto the engine that first compression of thr csc by the pressure plate isn't a dry one? Help a comfused guy out lol
You bleed the csc before you refit the gearbox. Once the box is back in refit the hydraulic clutch hose and gently bleed as normal.

Hi Louw, we use 2 different methods depending on the cover assembly and application. We either increase the thickness of the diaphragm or adjust the pivot point position.
So how does it clamp 25% better than standard?
shit one, loose it within the firth trip and got fucked in the middle of nowhere

Thank you guys. Even though I'm having that problem with a Honda Accord, it was extremely helpful! The rattle is out there all the time when the clutch is out. When it's in , then there's no noise. Also, the noise goes away if you apply minimal pressure on the fork manually.
