I think the hate for kits are justified, especially for people who play the game. Kits are just another way for EA to make more money. Since I use mods and cc, I noticed they started taking ideas from cc creators and making them into kits. That's why they collab with them now because more people realized it and called them out on it. Why buy all of those kits when I can just use free cc that looks 10 times better? People who aren't sponsored by EA have to pay for everything. We know that most kits, stuff packs and game packs are just leftovers of what could have been included in the base game or expansion packs. That's why I refuse to buy all kits or get packs that aren't on sale. For me, the gameplay is boring without mods. As far as creating sims, it's hard to make them look how I want them to even with packs. So some of those kits would definitely be a waste of money. That goes especially for minorities who can make sims look exactly how we want to with FREE cc. I get to decorate my houses with pictures of black music artists and African art with cc that's FREE. 🤷🏿‍♀️

To anybody who is working on a save or has a save, how do you go about the lots and worlds? I mean, do you redo every world like this or only a few? I'm really stuck about what to do with mine since i like playing my game without having to randomly go into build mode to add like umbrellas or something, but i don't know if i'll end up needing to use other worlds at some point and therefore having to renovate it in the middle of me playing.

Just a small suggestion (take it or leave it) for more realism in your America-based save files, addresses tend to follow (at least when described) house number, street name, and house numbers tend to be at least 3 numbers but in my experience 4+ is more common! And the numbers can be anything, and be any amount apart, usually as long as they’re evenly spaced (for example 1134, 1140, and 1146 are all evenly spaced but not consecutive). You may find it helpful, you may not, just wanted to mention it since you mentioned you aren’t American!

Spent Christmas with my family after being at uni, so it was nice to be back home :)) now I’m spending a few days trying to relax by playing Minecraft before I have to do all my assignments 😭😭 How was your Christmas?
