You're a Good Man Charlie Brown 1973
This was on RUclips a short while ago...but I guess it's been taken down. So I'm bringing it back up, because it's important for this classic television production to be available for everyone. This was a television version of You're a Good Man Charlie Brown that aired on NBC in 1973 as part of Hallmark Hall of Fame. It's never been released on home video (probably, in part, not to overshadow the cartoon version from the mid 80's). If it was available on DVD or VHS, I wouldn't be posting this. It's a cute production. However, some of the songs from the actual stage musical are cut.

I was born in the late fall of1978 in central Kentucky and grew up in northern Kentucky. I portrayed Charlie Brown in my fourth Grade Class Elementary School Production of You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown! I saw this Televison production when I was four because a family friend's brother who worked at NBC had a copy made and saved and showed it us many times! As a huge fan of the 99 cast for the musical This is so uncanny to me and yet so wholesome
I believe Zoom should do a new special similar to America's Kids Remember, but it would relate to what happened in 2020 (coronavirus, George Floyd protests, etc.). Zoom has done it before, which had been held 1 month before the George Floyd protests. I would love to see another America's Kids Remember happen. Even though the show got cancelled in 2005, hopefully it'll still be a reality.

Except 9/11 was coaxed, enabled, allowed to happen which when put together meets the definition of a false flag attack.
I'm almost certain there was a segment near the beginning of this version where the other cast members threw Charlie Brown into a fountain because he was "wishy-washy". I guess it was cut here, or I imagined it somehow. I think I saw this just a couple weeks after I saw it performed at our local high school. I remember liking Schroeder in both versions.

Lucy's actor is definitely the most memorable part of this production with her hammy performance. At 39:50 I knew the punchline would be Lucy bursting into tears but her reaction still took me by surprise. She probably looks and feels most like her character too. Also, I see that this was directed by the same Walter C. Miller who later directed the notorious Peanuts TV special It's the Girl in the Red Truck, Charlie Brown where they tried to combine animation with live action.
This is based on the book! I highly recommend it :)

I kinda remember this great meaningful episode. I liked that they had some of the Zoomers from the past come back for it, but I still think that they should’ve had it just be everyone from season 4

Just saw Kaleigh in BAD CINDERELLA on Broadway yesterday!!! She looks fantastic and god bless her for still performing. Born to entertain. And if anyone ever gets to meet Kaleigh at the stage door after the show (where the cast signs autographs and takes photos with fans), she is the SWEETEST human being ever!!! So nice to every fan.
Richard Dawkins quoted this remarkable man to Piers last night. Both had a good laugh. Twain endures and is loved by so many in all walks of life.

Samuel Clemens, lol, he truly had a persnipity edge, a bit of a certainty that flattered his intelligent mind, yet bordered on a bit of know-it-all-all, yet he was so witty, so charming, and so good at weaving words that spun the stories that the whole world would be mesmerized by. I love the stories about his life in Nevada, he really was crafty when describing his experiences in that era. There's a Biography-Documentary on Mark Twain that is one of the best ever Produced, I believe there's a copy here on RUclips, recommend a watch, for sure. Tennessee, USA

Lord in Heaven, please wake us all up back in reality here on earth on September 26th, 1999 the way we were. So, I’ll avoid Special Education Classes, Autism, Disabilities, Getting Mad, Getting Frustrated, Saying Bad Words, Threatening People, Talking Hands, IEP and Summer School so I’ll become a typical, average, ability, skinny, skillful, smartest and helpful person to change my life by watching educational channels on tv, speak with my first words and playing toys, interventions and games, when I can be a 2 year old, spend more times with my sister and her friends, my aunt, my uncle and their friends, my dad, my mom, their friends and their friends’ sons and daughters, my cousins and their friends and my grandparents and their friends with kindness and compassion. This long forgotten TV special was aired in 1973 on NBC as part of the “Hallmark Hall of Fame”. The animated version was aired on CBS 12 years later in 1985. 58:22 is the opening to the “Hallmark Hall of Fame” broadcast of “The Fantasticks”.
I watched it then in 1973 and I found it now! THANKS FOR RELOADING IT!
