Current becomes peaky in nature but if we reduce the applied voltage, the current of the transformer goes back to normal sinusoidal shape due to the reduction in flux which further shifts the operating point ...

Sir stator ka per phase resistance kaise find karna hai?
Use a multimeter between any two phases to find the total resistance and divide this resistance by 2. This how per phase DC resistance is measured

sir single induction motor has been taken at block rotor condition with capacitor open condition & rated current is flowing and by hand I applied force in both direction(clockwise and anticlockwise ) but it does not move in any direction, only vibrates. Where is problem.

This is why stove hood it's so noisy even in first speed, two phase supply can be lowered in tandem while the condenser works at nominal load in order to maintain that 90° interval. And also this it's the reason why heating pump have high consumption in first and second speed. In order to make condenser phase efficient for every speed it's necessary to have a subcoil whith it's own subcondenser so you can connect ⅓, ⅔, and ½ for two speed ones.
