Anno1800 Golden Era
In 2021, Anno1800 brought us three new big DLCs, "Tour season", "Docklands" and "the high life". This video is created with the theme of these three DLC contents.
The background music adopts three new songs added by these DLCs.

I had planned to post a video about the Docklands DLC, but as I played through the Docklands DLC, I realized that I needed to rebuild almost the entire production system if I wanted to play it properly. On one hand, I was too busy at work to finish it in May, and on the other hand, the new DLC is coming, so I decided to make a video about the Expo and put the Docklands DLC into the future along...

A trailer-like video about a 600 hours savegame. It's a pity that I'm too busy to improve all details in the video. There is only a few kinds of simple ways about camera motion in the game, so this may be the best effect I could make by the game itself. Because of the limit of my PC's hardware, frame loss is unavoidable. Plz ignore that :)

I just played with your archive. I have never seen such a beautiful planning and layout, and a truly aesthetic urban planning. Every industrial area has been carefully designed rather than stacked like a circuit board.

I am an efficiency freak in this game. I'm simply unable to construct a nice looking city with my obsession with clipping buildings and saving as much space as I can. This is why I must watch videos like these to appreciate the other side of this great game.
I share your feelings. I'm not necessarily an "efficiency freak", but I too prefer my cities to be efficient rather than beautiful. But I do love beauty and I sure can appreciate other people's cities.

So bad for me, beautiful game. I won't give a penny for any EGS exclusive, even it had delayed released on Steam after exclusive period. All Anno series had removed from my wish list. 10cent is cancer for game industry, EGS is one of their dirty tools, never trust, never submit.

1) why is it 15 fps in 1080p 2) why central building looks like Pizan tower? Nothing personal, truly love Anno and bought all DLCs', but still interested

@@breadom 1) stutters and freezes in video at 0:30-0:40. It's not hard to see how picture gets detailed when camera points on the building. When you play ANNO, this happens when you load picture for the first time, or have problems with the graphics card which slows down the buffering. 2) 0:35 it's more question regarding my perfectionism, but whatever, it seems as if the building is tilted to the right side, which is clearly visible on the steps or if you pay attention to the buildings on the sides relative to the main
@@daredeviii6865 emmm....1)Even high-performance computer hardware will still inevitably drop frames when visiting complex scenes. 2)In fact, the building is horizontal but the ground is uneven, so sometimes it looks like the foundation of the building is high on one side and low on the other.
@@breadom @Breadom oh I see, thanks a lot for the explanation. Second totally logical, however about first would argue. When I start the game in GFN(I didn't try other cloud gaming, not an adv) in max settings, with RTX and etc. textures load once and then smoothly go until switching to the next world. Maybe I am blind at some point or mistaken, but that's what I remember.
