Rebuilding and modifying a cross vice for my Dad. Started thinking of a quick clean and things developed massively from there!

Here I have a very quick look to see how flat the table surfaces are so a plan can be formed in what to do next.

First start of strip down on component parts and inspection of condition.

Found some old parts in garage and decided to have some fun

Here we are CNC Milling some adapters for one of customers. Parts turned first and then taper and cross holes machined.

Here we are machining a 36mm x 4mm metric course thread for an oil filler cap to fit a Mazda 626 / Ford Probe.

Here we are CNC Milling an acetal dosing wheel that drops solids from hopper. Using Fusion 360 for CAD and CAM then feeding the program to our Bridgeport CNC Mill. Visit www.clhengineering.co.uk for details to contact us
