This is a review of the epiphone custom shop limited edition sg junior in a faded satin black finish. I picked this up at guitar center for 130 bucks or so, it usually retails for a couple hundred, I highly recommend for you to get one.

What in the world did I just watch, why do you have a bronze star on your SLS ribbon, and I have no idea how your unit is run but your only givin the outstanding cadet ribbon (metal ribbon) if you are appointed the position of Wing Commander in our unit witch is C/Col.

The star ribbon you’re talking about was re designed after this, you can look up old ribbon charts and see when they replaced awards
For those commenting on the Vietnam war service ribbon, he's allowed to wear it because of the golden frame. It would be illegal without it.

They didn’t have the Bataan ribbon back when this was made. They were more lenient with awards and even had “non funded” awards on the chart that individual units could award to cadets

I'm a sophomore lmao only 15 ribbons (+12 clusters). In our unit awards are hard to get. There are only 14 I think for the whole core. You have 9 💀 but ours aren't givin away for just activities and such

No, my unit is the size of a group so I'd be the group commander, but my unit has been around for 40 years so we never updated our paper work to switch from squadron to group.

The top ribbon is a national award, the Veterans of Foreign Wars, earned for responsibility within the unit and leadership skills

You can only join jrotc as a 9th grader but there are programs like the young marines that let you join while in middle school

Man..I'm going to be a 2nd year C/Airman with 5 ribbons, no ropes and no medals. For our JROTC unit, it's rare for first years to get medals. Even though anyone appointed as Flight Commander goes up to a C-3 and 2IC goes to C-2..Anyway..Do officers in your unit wear maroon berets? Sorry about the long comment haha

Kinda late answer, but yes if your highschool offers it. Army JROTC was the best.
Only in AFJROTC can a first year cadet get 16 ribbons, 5 medals, and two cords...
this is very surprising for me aswell, my first year i had maybe 4 ribbons until the award ceremony
Only srmy jrotc schools give out medals and when they March you can't hear CADENCE due to the jingle jangle of all the medals
Only lazy JROTC just gives away awards, my unit (TX20001) we work hard and only reward those who deserve it.
