I went to the same school as Pete in the same class in fact. So I knew him quite well. I liked him a lot. It was a great surprise then to hear that he had such a bad time at school. He always seemed very happy and always joking around. I am baffled at his impression of our school as being a dark place, brutal and cruel. A kind of awful Dickensian institution. Though not particularly academic, I had a good time there and didn’t find it at all as he describes. The masters were all good people and well meaning, some of them not much older than ourselves. I can’t think why he has given such a negative impression of our school. Cheers Pete!

Thank you for your reflection. It brings me back to when I took the leader training. I have had some times I just didn’t want to laugh and I simply didn’t. I did however realize the power of laughter and how this simple tool (Laughter) made a shift in my mind, body and spirit. I now laugh daily even on the days I not feeling it. I know that is most important to do! Thank you for sharing a piece of your journey. 🙏🏼 looking forward to a follow up Video to hear how things are going :)
