Wouldn't make much sense with her kit - her Q already slows, and putting a slow on E is very negligble (12+ second cooldown). Unfortunately, I don't think I can do this cookery 😅. Also, I noticed you've been subbed for a whole year, I appreciate you man :)

hmm the main reasoning for me would be lower cooldowns, on summoners even = more impact in a stat check style of fighting. I am confident in my ability to maneuver teamfights without swiftness so I find that it works better. Adaptive works better to have more pressure in laning phase. Ultimately it's kind of just preference on how you like to play soraka. I like abusing her healing stats and min-maxing cdr and healing :)

yep! I think its a solid stat. maybe its a more situational thing but I don’t pay it that much thought when I play

I play her with anything, but it's less optimal with Tristana, Samira. but most of the time can be neglected if enemy bot matchup isn't bad for your 2v2.

Spacing vs Pyke revolves around his hook and e. two parts to it : Stand behind minions to avoid the hook. Respect his e range if he has hook and ADC is within range to follow up. You practically just take the range circles and adjust them to “with dash” range if that makes sense.

yep! don’t forget to jungle track and watch mid lane as you do this kind of thing

those would be the skill matchups :) it comes down to how well you can bait out abilities before taking a trade. that way you can still pressure the lane but it isn’t exactly an easy time against mages!

Aery for most lanes - Guardian for any all-in laners like leona etc. Pretty much just the default op gg one! manaflow, transcendance, gathering storm + revitalise and font of life

Patience really gets you far in a game like league where most people just mentally can't take it :) - half the reason I can climb consistently!

that’s just not true lmao. Yes ADC’s will have no clue what they’re doing, but there will be times where you know the junglers bot so you need to push or pull the wave. likewise for freezing, knowing how to manipulate the wave when your ADC isn’t around so they don’t miss nearly as much. You’re talking about the 10% of ADC’s who get angry over nothing (in my opinion)

​@@tidoriya to be honest, I'm not completely up to date. I might actually make a video on this topic of Soraka's build lolol. Right now, I think moonstone 100% first item. 2nd item is a choice between redemption, mikaels blessing, ardent censor or dawncore. right now I just build dawncore because the forbidden idol rush is kind of funny and good I personally don't build warmogs, I find the healing application alot more useful. unless it's a game where you're specifically struggling with dealing with assassins OR enemy is just outranging and focusing on poke. Most of my games aren't like that I don't think.

Yeah, it really is a character with one of the lowest skill floors. Pick her up and press w / R and you’re good to go. the fun in her is the extent in which you can use the other abilities and strengths as a champion, however one dimensional it is. Look forward to more!

for sure! that being said there are always workarounds with those specific scenarios. In the case of brand, I tend to bait out the W before I even start looking for these short burst trades. on the other hand, in lower ranks I tend to just go straight at them since there usually isn't much thought to how they play (which will be the case for most viewers). Awesome insight!

it’s not too different for this one - you can expect the enemy adc to greed for cannon minions or last hits, so you can use that timing to walk up on them or take a aggressive posture
