New Paintball Sniper Rifle - The CCM M40
Today I demonstrate and shoot a prototype paintball marker: The CCM M40 FSR.
The M40 is a new marker that will be coming to production. For those familiar with the CCM SSR, this marker has the same core. It is the only magfed marker currently made that looks like a classic sniper. It's very much like the Novritsch SSG-24
Shooting was done at 60 yards using a 14" Nemesis barrel and a Carmatech Supremacy scope.
Check out CCM's Facebook page for more information: CCM-SR1-SSR-mag-fed-576657695689140/

Paintball Sniper: Dominion 4 Part II

Today I return to the Dominion 4 MFOG at Badlandz Paintball in Crete, Illinois. I play for the United Eastern Coalition side in a marksman role, working to reclaim a lot of lost ground. With my CCM SSR in hand, I do my best to help push back the attackers so the UEC can gain a foothold for the afternoon. I miss sometimes, but I'm able to still get in a few good shots. Today I play the Dominion 4 MFOG at Badlandz Paintball in Crete, Illinois. I play for the United Eastern Coalition side in a marksman role, teaming with a squad to try and move far up the left flank. With my SSR in hand, I do my best to take out any opposing players that I meet. I miss more often than I like, but I get a few good shots in. Paintball Sniper: Mt. Doom Walk On
Просмотров 7596 лет назад
Today I play at my home field, Mt. Doom Paintball in Hanceville, Alabama. Mt. Doom offers a wide range of fields, from airball to woodsball, and has a great crew of regular players. I participated in a 5 vs 5 match on the "Coffins" field, which is heavily wooded and perfect for my play style. Using my SSR, I do my best to keep the opposing team from flanking along the right side. Thanks to play...
$$$ it's Truly amazing
Soooooo when will these be available for purchase?
You look and sound like my math teacher……….. bruh ?
When will you sell them
Link to the product please
Incredible streak
Do you still sell those rifles??
do they make a left handed model? i own a vortex reacher - left handed. my right eye never leaves the scope and my right finger is always on the trigger. I am left handed but right arm dominate.
Hi I Been looking for a hammer 7 for about 2 years after have no luck finding one I would like to see it you would sell yours are point me in the direction to find one
Where can I find this gun
Trigger discipline please xD I know it's just a paintball marker but still.
Were Can i buy it ?
Unfortunately, there’s none in production yet. CCM did make 12 prototypes, which have all sold out already. CCM has been working on developing the final version. You can check out their progress on their website or the CCM Owner’s Group on Facebook. store.chipleymachine.com/ facebook.com/groups/1238555369542862
Sexy af lad
Minute of Man accuracy.
Does it only shoot first strikes
It can shoot regular paintballs if you hand load them in the breech. The magazine will crush paintballs under spring pressure.
Cool thanks
Finger off the trigger till you are ready to fire jesus im cringing
It's a paintball marker with no air or paint. Cringe all you want. I also frequently point it at people and fire it at them.
Any update?
Have not heard any news from CCM. They are a small company and work slow, but they make quality products. Check of the SSR SR1 and SSPAR owners page on Facebook for the most current news.
any word when this'll be back in stock, or out of prototype stage?
I'm honestly not sure when they will be up for sale. CCM has released a few images of the production models so far, but has stated no definite timeline. The Facebook Group SR1, SSR & SSPAR Owners will probably have the most up-to-date information.
If it was real then it would be even better, shooting 8×57 mm mauser.
We’re do I buy it from
Where can I buy one from ?
I love the look of the stock and the bolt action mechanism but the magazine and the air feed system are a big no no for me. I would much prefer it to be an air thru stock allowing it to have a full size magazine.
The capacity of the magazine is small but you will never have any sort of feed problems with them. They are simple and reliable.
@@stick276 Reliability is always a benefit. However, if the regulator and air line were located in the stock it would allow you to have a deeper, higher capacity continuous feed magazine with the same arched head for the bolt to push through. Aesthetically and ergonomically I think it would be a nicer layout. Looks like it shoots really nicely though.
@@Droakner due to the nature of the Sheridan valve setup, that would be near impossible, not to mention add a lot more work to the creation of the stock. I was skeptical of the mag/air setup as well at first, but it really works nicely. In addition, you can use 12 grams and have no remote at all.
O M G the sound the FS makes before impact... Outstanding!
when is it coming out? will it be available in europe?
more videos bro!!!
Wow niceeeeee rifle my brother!!!
Keep up the great work bro 💯
Is there a performance dif with co2 vs hpa?
Due to the regulated nature of HPA, it's going to be a bit more consistent with HPA vs CO2. People still get very good performance on CO2.
I'm deadly accurate at around 34 to 52 yards with my 98 Custom sniper Flatline Barrel
What was your distance to the Target you were shooting at I'd like to know the accuracy in yards that is the best way to calculate in paintball
Distance was 65 yards. The entire target was about 1 yard x 1 yard. The actual grouping was probably 15-18".
Any idea of a release date or pricing?
I think all the prototypes may be sold for now. The prototypes were very expensive, $1300. Production models will be cheaper. Estimated maybe $800 range? This is purely speculation though. I'm not sure what the timeline looks like for release.
oooo I’m definitely interested. I’ve got a SAR12 and absolutely love it but I’d love to add another sniper platform to my arsenal
They are really smooth! You'll never flip a round. You'll also never have to worry about FSR nipples, the mags always feed. Always.
Stick that’s awesome! Do you know how much these markers will go for and a release date?
@@nightgoji3592 They sell here: store.chipleymachine.com/ccm-m40-bolt-action-first-strike-rifle-prototype/ Right now they are still in the "prototype" stage. Bill (the owner of CCM) put a lot of money into making the prototypes, which is why they are very expensive. Production models will be cheaper.
Great video keep up the good work 👍🏼
Hey stick I got a question, what rail did you buy/use to put on the m40 above the breach? Getting my m40 in.a few days I wanna be prepared
The rail I purchased was this one: Savage Website : www.egwguns.com/scope-mounts-rings/savage-round-back-short-action-picatinny-rail-scope-mount-0-moa-ambidextrous/ Amazon ($4 cheaper): www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004VQXWFY/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 However, it did not fit without me modifying it. The screws and corresponding holes that came with it were much smaller diameter than what came on the M40. They still lined up, but I had to drill out the rail to fit the stock M40 screws to mount it. It wasn't difficult to do but you definitely want a drill press if you're going to attempt. There's another one that may have the correct size here: www.egwguns.com/scope-mounts-rings/hd-savage-short-action-drilled-for-8-screws-picatinny-rail-scope-mount-0-moa-ambidextrous/ I'll message Bill and see if I can find out what the screw size is. You may find that you like the stock rails just fine, as they give a very open access to the breach, which is quite nice. Hope that helps, happy to have an M40 brother!
After watching this several times it just dawned on me that Stick is doing what the SSR was designed for which is the Scout Sniper Rifle. It's lightweight, compact and great in brushy and heavy treed areas . It also works equally well with short barrels. I run a 10-3/4" long .686 HH . This barrel will preform well out to 90 yards plus.
Thanks Bill! I would actually run even a little shorter but the barrel extension makes for much prettier footage. I love the SSR and the way you can configure it to so many different situations.
@@stick276 That is correct. I have shot an 8" barrel up to a 18" barrel. The valve system like our pump guns allows for re-tuning for that.
I've been dying to get my hands on a model 700 style paintball gun for a long time but never could and now I'm really interested in getting one of these. I'm a huge fan of using first strikes but there is some fields that doesn't allow first strikes and only allows normal 68 cal. paintballs. Is it possible to use both first strikes and normal 68 cal. paintballs with this gun
Nicholas Francis yes, in the video he says you can use both
People LOVE reality! Take the hose out of the magazine and run it through the end of the stock
The guts are essentially a pump autococker. There's no good way to run the hose through the stock. In the bottom of the magazine works just fine. Also, you can use 12 grams there instead, which eliminates the hose altogether.
im very intrigued, i never got on with the SAR, the action of the bolt is too clunky, and caused to many flips and jams for my liking, so im excited to get my hands on this and see how it compares to the SAR, and my Hammer 7
You'll never have a flip with the CCM mag system. That's my favorite part about this marker, the smoothness and reliability. I think a CCM would be a great marker for you, whether it's the M40 or the SSR.
Very nice... looks really good!
Stunning bit of kit as good as I imagined it would be ❤️👍🏻
Nice video man, thanks for showing that off! Definitely has a nice place in todays bolt action markers wondering what options as far as stock there will be, something a little more compact would be sweet
Oh my God that is so sexy marker! Any gameplay videos of you playing it? I just got my ssr and gonna start using it soon for my gameplays. Have fun man you’re lucky to have the prototype.
I have only played once with it so far, and I did not record the game. I didn't do much worth recording that game, but I am going to do gameplay videos in the future.
Beautiful marker! Any links to it? And how is the consistency of it on hpa and CO2.
The only link I can give you is the one in the description. It's not currently for sale to the general public just yet.
@@stick276 I'm gonna be wait very impatiently for this to come out . I was looking at doing something like this with a sar12
@@ExplorePaintball Oh, and I believe the consistency of both the SSR and the M40 is +/- 2.5 FPS with HPA and around +/- 5 FPS with 12 grams.
What map are you on
what is the sniper?
It's a CCM SSR. You can purchase them at store.chipleymachine.com/ but they sell out very quickly.
thank you
support my channel brothers Ghillieghostpaintball 😎🤘
Nice.
Nice shooting will be good to have another source of sniper action to watch. What mount do you use for your rear facing camera, If you dont mind me asking
EchoNinja, that's a Puluz Cantilever Mount for the GoPro, you can find them here: www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0739RB5DY/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
@@stick276 what's holding the poluz to the barrel as it attaches to a rail
@@RangerShawcross I use this mount to attach it to the barrel tip: www.amazon.com/Weaver-Thumbnut-Mounted-Picatinny-Adaptor/dp/B00AU6D2NG/
Good shooting man! I will be joining the ssr snipers soon l just got mine this week and hopefully l will have a good videos. Good video please add another pov shots it will make it more awesoem.
Sweet, glad you enjoyed it and glad you have chosen the SSR. It's a good marker and won't let you down.
Pretty cool dude. I will share to my fb page.
Thanks, Bill. And thanks for making the SSR a reality, it's an incredible marker. Can't wait for the M40 FSR.
