If you are riding with 3 people and gone long distance, then you can go Paani parna rokesi matra janu hola. Make sure to maintain Acclimatization and also go for short offroad ride to make sure the ride is comfortable. My Touring Setup: ruclips.net/video/wxPIgkbxLAA/видео.html

These two bikes are of different segment. Xpulse is good at offroad, NS 200 is good at onroad. So, it totally depends upon your requirements, for touring and offroad, go for Xpulse. For daily commuting and occasional long ride, go with Ns 200. So, test ride both bikes and go for the one which you feel the best for you.

You mean Motorhead Scrambler 250? Have you test ride both bikes yet? I haven't ridden that bike yet but as my experience with Xpulse 200 4V, it is a very good Offroader. If you like to go offroad, go with Xpulse.

Yes it will be fine. Pack according to your requirement only the needed one for the cold temperature.

I will suggest you to test ride both bikes on the same day so you get the better idea. For offroad and highway, no doubt Xpulse will perform better, even on daily community, it is a good bike (But you will feel the heat a bit more if you are coming from lower cc motorcycles) As I have also mentioned on the video, it totally depends upon your requirements and riding style.
