What size diesel engine was in that VLine? Trying to do the same but in a 7.5 inch 1/8th scale.

At the end of the video when you showed the diesel engines, That's exactly how I want to run my 7.5 inch gauge locomotive. Do you know anything about the engines?

Hi Bryn. We did have an R class, but it did not belong to the club and was sold. There are no plans to build a copy of Heavy Harry, it would be a very big undertaking. Thank you for viewing my videos there will be more in the future. Regards Kevin

Thanks for your comment. I certainly agree with you. I go on as many of these steam trips as I can, the time will come when we will not enjoy the sounds & smell of these great machines.

A Steam Locomotive is like a person, they have their own individual character,and come to life when fired up. Nothing can beat these Majestic Machines, when in motion on the rails. The smell of Steam, is something you can not forget.

Wow!!! That Green loco is huge and has a really decent load but doesn't really get to work very hard, I would love to hear that engine being pushed a bit!!! Nice video!!!! Love this track!!! Post more if you ever get to go out there again! Thanks for sharing! Bryn
