      Thanks for the support my friend! No real big goals for 75 hard! I just thought it would be a good reset for me mentally and really dial in my discipline and task coordination throughout my day, as well as get me into a good reading habit. Otherwise it’s really not much different than my typical daily routine!

    Frank question: If you have little time and you are sick and didn't sleep well why do take the extra effort and drive to a canal instead of running right outside your living area? For me the beauty in running lies in it's accessibility.

      I'm not currently sick, just have a little bit of a lingering cough. The canal is only about a 4 minute drive from my house. I like running along the canal so as not to have to worry about traffic and I can stay on gravel for a good portion of it. It's very accessible for me!

    Single leg squats took my planter pain away. I started with 10ths and stacked them up and now I’m on the bench. It’s truly remarkable how much of difference I feel. Try it out and let me know

    Niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice, dude you're killing it. Keep stacking those days man. How do you go about managing the pain in your foot that you mentioned in one of your other videos? Do you adjust training intensity or distance based on how it feels? Watching this makes me want to train so badly. I pushed myself too hard strength training every other day and running on my off days. I am new to running and only 3 miles every other day was too much for my body starting from zero. After about 2 weeks my knees were in rough shape and feeling very weak. Some decent pain as well, so I cut off all training for at least a week. Working on mobility and rethinking how I will proceed. Likely dial back the volume of my strength training, spend the extra time on stretching and mobility exercises, do most of my zone 2 training on my bike and slowly reintroduce running. Is what it is.

      Thanks my friend! I do my best to treat any pain or injuries with stretching, ice, epsom soaks, and foam rolling. I do typically dial back on intensity whenever I have something pop up. But for the most part I've always continued to train. Just be smart!

    Have you ever considered kettlebells for your strength training? Really easy to get a full body workout from home and they don’t take up a ton of space. Tons of great compound movements that will give you a full body workout. Turkish getups, swings, squats, cleans etc. I swear by them

      I’ve considered KB’s but I’ve never really done any KB workouts so there’s a slight barrier to entry so I haven’t really gotten into it yet!

Having the canal so close to home is amazing! I would rather be on trails but it’s nice that the canal has gravel and access points where yogi can get in the water and cool down!
