I feel silly admitting this but I'm gonna say it anyway LOL I have been using Castmagic for quite awhile now (for my Podcast episodes - transcript, timestamps, etc.) and even though I go in there & click that button that says 'import audio or video'... until hearing Tanya say you can upload video files I didn't know you could upload video files. 🤔🤦‍♀ Or maybe I just never paid attention to the word video being on that little black button! 🤣

But what's the point in promoting your book if it's not done? If you want to be traditionally published, you need an agent. So if its not done, an agent's not going to want it.

Nice video. Another perhaps easier formula to remember that will show growth is: ending value divided by beginning value minus 1 In your spreadsheet, it would appear as C4/B4-1 (no parenthesis).

The $ "locks" the reference. If you put in =B4 in cell B5 for example, and then you copy and paste that cell into B10, it will become =B9 since Excel uses relative formulas. But if you put in =B$4, and copy and paste it into B10, it stays =B$4. It locks the reference to the same row.

instead of manually adding the dollar signs before the row and column, you should have mentioned that F4 would do it automatically

I Have a Printed Invoice document which is meant for dot matrix printing , I would like to know how to make specific multiple print areas thereby making a template where only the particulars that need to be filled for need be print , for example the INV NO , DATE Whic are the fields already printed need not be printed ....we are talking of ADD PRINT AREA ....i tried making a template ...but cannot print for the multiple ADD PRINT AREA ...pls advise

You are spot on about keep getting back on your board. I was out yesterday having a surf, and was thinking along similar lines. The thing that really stood out to me was that for the experienced surfers, catching a wave is almost effortless, because they have the timing and are able to position themselves to take advantage of the power of the wave which does most of the work for them. The same will happen for your business when you put in the effort and find the right wave.
