I got my temp crown on today and it hurt so much they had to give me more numbing. The women pushed the crown on and I yelled. Now I’m being sent back to they them check out the root canal and see if I need the tooth removed

Got my temporary crown in today. It didn’t hurt, it was just really uncomfortable, between keeping my mouth open, not chocking on my own saliva and tooth dust, and listening to Ed Sheeran play during the whole process. It’s hard to say which of those hurt the most

Hi, I was wondering I had a X-ray when I had a infection then sent to Endo for root canal with 3 more bitewing and 1cbct. Then a few weeks later a cleaning another X-ray. Then a month later insurance company needed another X-ray for approval. But dentist computer failed 4 times to download image on X-ray exposing me to 5. And I'm still not done yet. I'm kinda concerned because I still need my wisdom teeth out so that's going to another set of X-rays. Ugh. Anyway I can avoid more X-rays for this crown??

Crowns should no be smooth inside so it is not easy to fall off.

impressions will be done before drilling for proper imitation of the tooth, even if it is broken or chipped you may mess with the impression with a drill just be careful...
