Black knife, use the skill art just before the last crossbolt is fired, you basically duck under the projectile because of the animation for the black knifes skill. Aditionally i use a petal whip with black flame enchant with bloodhound step when he does the spinning slash after the vacuum slice. Other than that its a nice dance. Absolutely loved this fight. 10/10

Go to Dragon Temple Transcept site of grace entrance. Summon Recusant of Bernahl before entering (right on floor). Enter, summon your mimic. Use Rotten Breath on both. Uses less sleep pots or any if you dodge and fight. I used 1 pot on the fat boy.

Two tips to add to your guide: As the bosses die, you can keep hitting them to deal damage to the main boss bar, even if the individual bar is already empty. Wake the victims with a charged heavy attack. Because it deals the most stance damage and damage, then follow up with normal R1 attacks. That little bit can make the difference to stance breaking them earlier.

On NG+ and Grand-master difficulty you can easily slap these two in less than a minute put on these 4 perks , purity, dexterity, fortitude and equilibrium. Just hop around them and saber throw only. You will win in less than 60 seconds. I did this by accident on NG+, thinking I was about to get destroyed then after slapping them quickly I nearly cried.

totally agreed with commentor below - developer of an AI logic of the Spawn of Bogdo is a pure devil! ive spent 3 days (gradn master level, about 200-250 tries)... and still cant defeat him... last 60pixels (3rd phase) of health is nonbeatable, it constatly attacking and restoring faster... that mass can't move like that xD

The only thing you have to is keep reviving your npc's. They will take him right down then you just have to give the last slash. Easy
