Hmmm, I have ridden both and the 1983 I feel is a better bike and better lap times with the 5 speed gearbox instead of four. Also revised frame, motor and forks. 1983 Removable subframe, safety seat, better suspension, transmission, heavier flywheel, etc.

No, still in inventory. I had someone pay the deposit and then backed out. I sent him back his deposit. He is a great guy and understand for some this is a great investment but this past year (2024) had been hard on a lot of people. I am sure he will be a buyer in the future and made a new friend in the vintage bike arena.

Yes, agree. Once you know I feel it is pretty easy. If I am way off I have a great mechanic in town that helps me.

Yes, many things are different for my taste. I can sell it to a collector or someone that wants it exact and sell them the wheels, fenders, seat, etc that they wish. I have several years of this look in spares.

Someone custom made these for us and took about three months. The company name that did the seat cover is called Throttle Therapy and I think they are in CA.

Yes, easy to swap for anyone that ends up with the bike.

Hello! If you have a 458 GT3 car then you have actually a very similar race wing that came standard on the car. The GT3 that you have and my 458 Challenge EVO came standard with a wing. The non 458 Challenge cars did not have an EVO package which did not have the front splitter, different carbon front bumper and no rear spoiler. Only the EVO and GT3 cars came with a factory wing like you see. Does your GT3 not have a wing? The only place you can get this frame mounted wing is from Ferrari that is made to work in conjunction with the front splitter. You will upset the handling characteristics of the car if you plan on installing a rear spoiler without the proper front downforce. You will make the handling of your car worse by not doing both at the same time. I am sure you know this but just in case you do not know. I hope this helps.

@ that is a great deal…I think over $3k alone went into the motor. Pro Circuit did the pipe and silencer at their CA shop, aluminum tank, etc. Suspension is dialed!
