I maybe missing something here, but why was an app used? It looks like a bunch of links which possibly could have been better/easier to implement in a SharePoint Comms site?

One comment... Why not use the "Send an email from a shared mailbox"? Create an account where you (the flow creator) has send as permissions. I have a "DoNotReplyxxxx" mailbox and any emails come from that mail box. There is also an OOO reply set up just in case someone still tries to reply. Nice overall solution. 💥

Attendees can never talk and share their image in Teams Live Event?

Is it possible to share two images at the same time? It's like two presenters talking to each other. Can the moderators turn off the microphone or video of the presenter if they wish? (Live Event)

How i can approve attendances?
