In this video I talk about the importance of a split step. Although in these sequences I put the split step at the end as a final step of learning the volley, in reality is done before every volley. The reason I put it at the end is because we need to have a good grip and ready position when we split step, so I started from there. I also give an overview of the steps we learned for the backhand tennis volley.
