Kenny the rents are changing all the time. You can get something for around $200 or more. Something nicer with a pool will run you $300 plus usually. Mactan Newtown $500 plus usually. Always make your best deal. Power and water are usually not included. Everyone lives a different life style and it really depends on you. Thanks for the comment.

The hotel was really nice. I was really pleased with my stay there. A nice breakfast buffet and small rooftop bar area. A short walk to the baht bus. I would say it was a four star in my eyes. Thanks so much for the comment and happy travels.

Some of the trikes are really hard for me to get into. I'm about 6 2. There are newer trikes that are really easy to get into and a few of the older ones are larger with more leg room. The trikes are much cheaper but not so comfortable for tall or heavy people.

Supply and demand. The complex has many great amenities and that's what buyers like. Everything is close by including transportation.
