As a European, even the SpongeBob Sets, you showed, are kinda weird/bad for me, compared to the releases that we got. Over here, and also on my shelf, is a huge yellow square box set for SpongeBob, which includes the first eight seasons. On every disc you have the season number printed on it, and the disc number and also NO disc stacking at all. So you can go through it and see like, "ah, this is Season 1, disc 2" and so on. For the TMNT 2012 I have a different package, since the shown box set isn't avaible here. God thanks. Over here in my region we have indivudual box sets for S1-5, each Season is it's own box and, more important, all discs are numbered here and also the episodes are in the right order! A little bonus: Over here in Europe, with PAL we luckily have 576i as picture quality for DVDs, which comes much closer to HD. However, I agree with you, that Paramount should start releasing more HD era stuff on Blu-ray as well. I mean, there are so much people out there, who would immediately buy it and, I guess, even more people in the long-term who would be happy to own a Blu-ray copy. I don't know, what this is all about, at Paramount. Every other major studio also just gives us the Blu-ray option for the HD era stuff... Wow, this became such a long comment. Use blu ray it’s not 2007 anymore. Blu ray’s aren’t so top of the line for it to be niche in the western world. Maybe I’d understand if this was sold for Mexico or Brazil or any country that overprices modern tech

I recently got a Star Trek: The Original Series set that's packaged the same way (same production company, Paramount), although at least for that the discs say "season one, disc two" and whatnot. Yeah it doesn't do discs 1-20 or whatever, the disc count resets with each season. This set is still much worse though. I'm worried about the spindles too but I plan on ripping the discs to my computer and not really using the set outside of that, so I can live with it.

As a fan of the 2003 show i was pretty hyped when I saw this for 20$ and I was very excited to watch it, only to be very disappointed once I realized the discs weren't numbered and I needed a guide on what order to watch it in. It's also a little disappointing anytime you get the boring grey discs but I wasn't expecting more with how cheap it was.

Bought this for my nephew he finished watching all the episodes they had on Netflix. When i got this i thought it be a breeze but cant even tell were your supposed to start and end this needs a re release

The Danny Phantom Boxset is horrible too. It was scratched on arrival. But this thing takes the cake.

slightly off topic (kinda? it's still DVD related) but it's a shame that the chance of less popular nickelodeon shows getting a full release on DVD/blu-ray are probably VERY slim, near zero even. it doesn't help that a good few of them have just been removed from paramount+, and if they're doing THAT, then there's really no way they'll care enough to release them physically.

I thought that when I got the set. I found a way around it by just getting a $3 CD holder case. And it makes it not crack the DVD.

Much like I said about the box set for the 2003 show I think when a show is *THIS* lengthy releasing it in 1 huge box set probably isn’t a good idea, because with the amount of discs it has it’s gonna be crowded as shit, to the point where they actually had to resort to stacking them on top of one another, which I think everyone hates, plus why not just make things easier by labeling them like “Season 1 disc 1, disc 2” yadda yadda yadda, giving them chapter names makes them so confusing to organize, I thought about taking the time to put them in order but after hearing how they’re organized I don’t even think I wanna try anymore, much like with the 2003 show I think what they should’ve done is just release each season as an individual dvd, that I think would’ve been much better, as a physical media guy I am glad to have the show physically but yeah, kinda disappointed with how it turned out

I have two things to say: 1-Possibly that was an experiment for DC comics to do a Crossover with Dragon Ball in the future. 2-We just need a Mario x Marvel to make this news more shocking.

You could always number the discs with a Sharpie, not ideal but at least they would be numbered. Of course that only fixes one of the many problems with the set lol

I feel the same way, but the Aqua teen hunger force set. But my grip with that set is that it’s the cheapest fucking plastic in the whole entire world for the price.

The Flintstones Complete series dvds is about as badpart of my case was broken but I got it from Walmart

Whoever thought of stacking discs together is straight up evil. Stacking discs makes them more susceptible to scratches. And it's sickening. One of the reasons I skipped the Batman 4 movie collection.

hey, just wanted to point out that you should turn off full range in the settings of your switch. The main menu is meant to be grey, not black. full range is meant for certain pc moniters, and will look improper through tvs and capture cards. It blows out the colors in your footage too, making gba games look more funny than i think they shoudl

I personally prefer this way of arranging the disks. With my spongebob and jimmy neutron collections, the discs are ALWAYS falling out. Yes, the discs are a bit harder to access here, but at least they wont fall out. But yeah, the fact that the discs aren't conveniently labeled is lame.

I liked the dvd packaging like older futurama episodes with the cardboard sleeve and smaller thin cases for each disc inside.

Why not a remastered of the old game Plus a way to use all skylanders in every game And if you have old figurines and a portal its still possible to use them on the remastered version Oh and a new game ofcorse ^-^ some new levels! I'd buy a remastered version with 2025 graphics ans some new content if i could use my old colection :D

You should probably order the sonic x disc Japanese edition it’s really good and it’s sd on bd so now it only has 2 discs but is way better then buying all of the discs
