Welcome to our Channel. My name is Ashley, I'm 38 years of age and live in South Georgia. The grounds of this Channel will be on different projects that could possibly help someone or to enjoy watching, mostly related to mechanical, outdoors, tractor work, some hunting preparation content and other random outdoor content. I have been in the heavy equipment field most of my work career learning how to work on alot of things on my own along the way out in the field, so if some of these videos can help someone, that will fulfill my goal of posting different content. I'm married with a 7 year old little boy that is spoiled rotten! I hope you enjoy our content and if there is anything I can help you with by making a video on the subject please dont hesitate to comment and tell me. If it's something I can do I'd be glad to help. Thanks for stopping by and remembering were "Always Working On Something" 😉

kubota makes a really nice machine. I am pleased with it so far and I'm sure I will be in the future. today's adventure includes fixing a neighbor's driveway and taking down another neighbor's dead tree before it falls across the road. I hope you enjoy!!

Donk
Your vid is spot on
Thanks that was a BIG HELP FOR ME...
Brother. It's May 30, 2024 and you got me feeling great. I did the entire operation on my 2017 GMC Sierra with some needle nose. This was the fix! You da man
Lifesaver
Yup just worked for me too. Mainly just hit them with a steel brush and gave them a little push. Then slightly moved it around when securing it back in and it worked.
Appreciate the video man. Made my life easier today.
Well it's been a year how many hydraulic pumps have you put on it. Because you know maxing out the pressure on the pumps going to blow seals. Should have saved yourself a big headache and a chunk of change by buying a Branson or a John Deere. Kubota is an overpriced piece of s***. Underpowered engine and underpowered hydraulics.
I have a 2012 Dk 35 Kioti and a 2011 L 3240 Kubota the Kioti is a far better tractor than the Kubota, Kubota has low loader hydraulic pressure engine has very low torque both engines are the same bore but the Kioti has a longer stroke, parts for the Kubota are a lot more expensive than the Kioti shop labor is more expensive per Hr. Had to put Kubota in shop at about 800 hrs. Kioti no problems at over 900 hrs. Kubota is like John Deer very over- rated over- priced and under preformed. Glow plug relay went bad on the Kubota part was $100.00 went to Kioti purchased one that was much heaver bult for $30.00 hydraulic oil $140.00 for 5 gallon Kioti hydraulic oil $79.00 per 5 gallon.
Thanks
They're hell to plug compared to a car tire. I found out the other day. I thought about using a drill but didn't have mine handy but I finally got it.
Thanks man. Replaced the fuel pump in my 2000 year Volvo fm420. It runs smoothly now. Watching your video made the job a lot easier! So thank you.
The fan supposed to move with the key on
Thanks!!! Sent this to my hubby and prayerfully it works for our Equinox!! Thanks again
I noticed the gauge you are using is trashed. The gauge should be at zero pressure with the tractor not running. 3K is high for a aluminium pump, don't be surprised when the pump takes a crap on you.
DUDE! It worked! Had the exact issue. Thank you!
I enjoyed your video, but I do have 1 question. Hoses have ratings, ie 3000psi, 5000psi etc. Do you know what your hoses are rated for considering you just upped your pressure past 3000psi?
Thanks, going to try that today
I also added shims to my L3010 from Jail Break and my Hydraulics are working great now. Little trick that i did to help with fluid loss, was to use a vacuum cleaner to suck at the vent hole and i didn't loose any Hydraulic fluid. Bob
Thank you buddy
It looks great. I'm going to do the same on my truck
If you have a 06 or 07 D12 your alternator mounts with four bolts through the case different from this video.
Thank you bro ! You save my time and money !!!
DON'T FEEL BAD BROTHER, I JUST DID THIS.
Can you tell me what wrong with my 1986 club car ds 36v golf cart. My cart will go in forward or reverse without the key turn on. When I put it in forward or reverse it will go. Thanks
I got a 1986 club car ds 36v and I need some very good pictures of the wiring og the charging port and the forward and reverse switch wiring and where they are hook up to. I see that your wiring that I see is what I need. Is there any way that you can send me some good pictures of your system. I appreciate that if you can. Thanks
Where can I get that kit
Thanks for this video and you save me tons of money for my 2017 gmc sierra!!!
Do you know what that part number is for solenoid by chance?
You sir are absolutely begging to bend your tilt cylinders...
Where is the fuel sensor for D12 volvo
Mine is the left side ...
did he run it
what is the part # for the kit with gauge??
I lent my tractor to a friend to use on his yard work, I tried running the tractor and drove it around in high revs and the engine started to bog down and lower rpms and then shake violently. It will do this a few times and then catch back up and the revs go back up. I am worried he filled it up with gas, the tank was pretty full so he might have only put a little gas in the diesel. My question, would gas in the diesel make it do this?
Hey Mr George, can I ask what model tractor you have? Just a little bit of gas in my opinion would not affect it, but if he put 5 gallons in it I would definitely drain it and put fresh diesel in it because alot of gas would cause wear on the internal parts of the fuel system and engine because the gas will decrease the viscosity of the diesel fuel. If it was a small amount I wouldn't stress it but alot I would. You could be experiencing a clogged fuel filter, weak supply pump, or an obstruction in the outflow of the tank clogging the fuel. If it is a bx model tractor let me know I can tell you what we have done to this one that helped us!
@@ASCOTTY84 It is a John Deere 1025r, I have never had this issue before but it does bog down a lot and sputter.
@@user-ev5bd9kp2q I would check your fuel filter, replace that and if you still have trouble I would look into finding out if you have a electric inline fuel pump that supplies the main pump and see if it's getting hot or sounds weak because that gas could have messed up that pump. But start with the fuel filters first and go from there. Let me know what you find out im interested!
Use a press. Beating on them can bend the forks or throw the shaft out of balance
I totally agree. A loader ought to be able to lift a full load of dirt. PERIOD END OF DISCUSSION. You did it right, using a gauge. When iused to rent, id stack two washers in there, beat the crap out of it, then remove them and return it. Now i own one and will buy a gauge to fix it like you did. These aint deliicate machines. They are meant to WORK!
Yes sir thats exactly right! What's the use in buying a tractor if it won't pick up a full bucket of dirt!
Great video
Thank you sir!
I would like to know what was the problem and how it worked after replacing the pressure pump
nice right arm what does the tractor look like?
Nice video, what you may run into is things bending like a grapple for example. Saw it happen when subjected to 3500 psi. Fortunately it wasnt mine so I was grateful for the cheap lesson. Checking your system pressure is a great idea.
Yes sir thank you for the info! I'll be sure to watch out for stuff like that.
Damn... if it were me I probably would've said $700 is my final offer and not push it further. Didn't know they were able to knock down prices that low...
How long have you been working the new pressure Any problems ?
I haven't had any issues at all, it helped out alot with the added pressure to help with the strength of the loader. It still lacks some power but im used to it now and just work around it.
I have a lot of Tekton tools most are top notch but a few are crap
I have been fortunate to have good ones so far, mostly just something sets and ratchets. I have a tekton impact driver that's great also. So far so good 👌
Good vid
The manufacturer has tested this unit and set the hydraulic relief pressure to a level that will not damage the unit or the operator. Resetting the relief pressure is dangerous. You may blow hoses, damage cylinders or blow your hydraulic pump. Doing this will definitely void your warrantee.
So 300 lbs of additional pressure is going to blow the hoses, blow all thr cylinder seals, and destroy the pump? I had no idea they were so close to self destruction from the factory.
Most hypersonic systems can handle 20k to 30k psi before blowing open. 3k ain't nothing.
It not about going wildly above the factory specs... it about making sure your are there or just a little above it.. the shims are made for a reason... the spring loses compression over time and need periodic adjustment. I can also second the the customer service for Jailbreak Your Tractor is second to none..and the kit I bought was very high quality....
A week ago I got a deal on a green 72" US General Series 2 rolling cabinet from my local Harbor Freight. They had put the Series 2 boxes on clearance about a month ago because the new Series 3 was coming out(now in stores May 2023). The one I got was the last one/display. It had a small scuff/not a dent on the side, and that was it. It was regularly $1,499, marked down to $1,299. The manager took off an additional 10 percent since it was the last one/display/minor blemish...and then I got approved for the Harbor Freight credit card that took off ANOTHER 10 percent with 12 months same as cash terms off everything I bought with it(socket organizers, pliers organizers, and a few other things). The Series 2 boxes are backwards compatible with the new Series 3 accessories, so I plan to buy the side cabinets and hutch when they get the green ones in stock. If you can find a 72" series 2 in stock at your local HF, they are now clearance priced at $1,169(because many are the display models).
That's awesome, I'll have to check into it because I need more space already lol I didn't think I had enough tools to fill it but I need more space yet again lol
@@ASCOTTY84 Also, the Series 3 accessories will work with series 2.
Hey I am looking at a L4701 and can’t decide on the Industrial tire or Ag tire. What’s your experience with the industrial tire in wet slick muds. Thanks
Hey Andy, I like the r4 industrial tires because they don't mess up grass as much as the deep narrow tread on the ag tire amd I've been in some pretty slick stuff and it does really well as long as it's in 4x4. I guess it's personal preference. If your going to mainly be working on good ground and occasionally in mud I'd say the r4 tires would be fine! Just my opinion brother!
Oh yeah, it worked like a charm on MY 2017 Tahoe! Thank you!
Hey good deal man, I'm glad it helped!
Thanks for spending the time to share this.
Yes sir, thank you for watching!
Thank you! Any idea which fuse is running that solenoid? My 2001 D12 fan is always engaged right now.
I am not positive which one it is to be honest, I wish I could help with that but I'm not sure.
