Glad to have you, and thank you for subscribing. I try to be informative and make sure what I tell yall is right and true. Culinary school taught me some things, so I try to help this that can't cook or just want to upgrade their skills😅. I don't use it as much because I don't want to dull the blade. Once I learn how to probably sharpen it and get the rite tools, I will use it more
You said your videos are for training purposes but you didn’t show the prepping for the ribs, did you remove the silver or did you leave it on

Prepare some collards. I season with smoke turkey necks but not achieving taste that I want. What s missing in my seasoning of collards?

Just using smoke turkey necks slice some onion a little bacon grease. I'm a senior learning to cook.
I have a collard greens video, but I will do a more in-depth one for you.
You are off to a great start. If you want to, you can also chop up some fresh garlic. Instead of using water, i use chicken stock. For the seasonings, salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, a tablespoon of sugar, and a.splashnof vinegar. You can use any seasonings you like. Just be careful with the salt. Once you add the salt in your greens, taste the liquid. If you feel you need more, wait until the greens are almost done and taste them again. The reason I am telling you to wait is because salt intensifies as it cooks.

Hey, how are you? No, I'm not mad nor offended at all. That's the purpose of my videos for my subs to take what I show them and do something different. I'm trying to be a good teacher. It's hard, though because I have so much knowledge from being a chef and what my mother taught me. I have to remember not to get to technical with my terminology and techniques for that person or persons that I watching my videos and don't know the first thing about cooking.
And thank you so so so much for your knowledge and your teaching, and I love your videos thank you for taking the time out your busy schedule to teach us how to cook.
Hi again! Love your family dinner, especially the skin-on mashed potatoes. Of course, I have a different idea for the mashed potatoes: Vietnamese rice paper dumplings! If you want my recipe, let me know. That steak cut is so lean that I'd cook it fast on high heat in my cast-iron Lodge skillet, in some Wagyu tallow with some butter for flavor. Then I would make sandwiches from the medium-rare steaks. I hope you're not mad or offended that I like to do something different from your recipes - I do that all the time, I can't help it! I love your cooking videos, you're a very good teacher. Looking forward to seeing your next video!
