Im Thema Mod Konvertierung aus dem 22er habt ihr mal wieder so richtig tief in die Hundeschei..e gegriffen. Viel zu Kompliziert, viel zu Zeitintensiv. Keine brauchbaren Dokumentationen oder nur mit der Abzock Version des LS verfügbar. Hoffentlich kommt bald mal Konkurrenz auf den Markt damit das Giants Trauerspiel endlich ein Ende findet.

Does this mean the old UDIM system with the different slots for "Painted Plastic", "Chrome" etc will be abandoned completely or can we still leave the UV maps as they are and only have to do some work on the material reference in Giants Editor and the xml? For the guys who are using Blender (like me) this new Maya exporter with the convert function won't help ;) And another question about the export from GE back to Blender/Maya. Currently when using the obj file format we are using many important information (vertex colors, 2nd UV, etc). Can we expect improvements here, might be important also regarding this new material system.

Auf Deutsch heißt das. Das Konvertieren von Fahrzeugen aus dem LS22 oder älter, wird ein Marathon, weil einfach extrem viele Sachen abgeändert werden müssen.^^ Aber brauchbare bzw. neue nützliche Features sind mit dabei. Das finde ich schonmal super. Ich hoffe das im Editor auch an der Stabilität und am Handlich gearbeitet wurde und nicht nachvollziehbare Crashes bis hin zur Zerstörung von i3d Shape Dateien oder das willkürliche unfeine reagieren von den Achsen, bis zu einem Zwangneustart des Editors der Vergangenheit angehören.

I hope one day frontloader consoles will be able to be modded in universally, so that I can just download a frontloader mod including the console and it automatically detects the connection points to all vehicles if available. Or at least compatibility dictated from the frontloader, and not the tractor itself. There are so many nice frontloader mods that are so limited in their use.

I'm wondering if we finally possibly to turn on hazzards on vehicles in consoles

Gute Neuerungen! Neues Materialsystem klingt mal gut, wird sich in der Praxsis weisen... auch endlich Kat Einteilung der Unterlenker Breite was in RL wichtig ist, war schon lange notwendig und Kugeln für Unterlenker sowieso. Schaut mal alles sehr interessant aus!
