    How do the tires do on cold dry pavement? I’ve seen elsewhere that the tires can be dangerous, but then some people apparently, in warm climates think that they’re great. I’m thinking they’re probably OK when it’s warm out but get hard as a rock when it’s cold.

    Your overstating the mileage I have a hyper scorpion and am familiar with the battery. You have two while I have one with secondary 52v 30ah back up w/juiced duel battery connector/ switch. The only way you could get that mileage from the juiced pack is in Eco 1 and 2 watching not to go over 500watt. But no way anyone would ride the bike that slow 9-10-11 mph. The bike is made to run period. At least the hyper scorpion is, dam thing rocks! You can’t help but run it, it begs you to.

    • @goodguy4405
      @goodguy4405 3 года назад

      i’m not overstating mileage. However, i’m one that stays in eco 1 and 2 and i naturally pedal a lot (habit). I am planning on doing a race mode only video without peddling to see how many miles i get. i live in an area that has 100’s of miles of bike paths so i have no need to race around at 30 mph too many kids, dogs and ppl walking (not safe) i rode 67 miles and the only reason i had to stop was because the seat gets extremely uncomfortable. it wasn’t because of battery.. i could have gone another 30 and run the batteries down to zero. There’s so many variables that come into play when stating mileage temp, rider weight, speed, headwinds, incline ect. So i can only state what my experience has been. I don’t work for juiced so I have no reason to overstate mileage

    Just got mine this Friday. It's crazy heavy.

      Oh nice!!! Yes, it’s a lot heavier than I thought, Especially the batteries.

      @@goodguy4405 I just ordered mine today, but won't get it until mid March. I'm hoping I can take both batteries and the front wheel off and put this bike in my SUV to go places. Have you tried that?

      @@tom5ironman I am planning on doing a torture ride starting at the base of Pikes Peak all the way up to the summit. I’m planning on putting the bike in the back of my escalade. it’s definitely going to be a two person job because the bike is big and heavy but it should fit. I will have to take the seats out though..

    You mentioned these tires are not ideal at all for riding on ice or snow but do you think they can handle rain well ? Also is the bike waterproof as far as you know ? ( I’m In London that’s why I ask xD ) 🌧 Great review btw 💪

      I would say that the bike is water “resistant” but it’s not water proof. I wouldn’t ride in a downpour not because of the tires but I wouldn’t want water getting into the electronics. You definitely will want to order the fenders because you will be soaking wet due to the tires kicking up the water and dirt from the street

    Had the chance to ride with a passenger yet? How’s the seat- esp on that long ride you mentioned. Thanks for putting this out, there’s so little content on it, it’s cool to see in action.

      Hi Jake, my apologies I forgot to mention the seat in the video. I would say the seat falls into the “con” list. On short rides it’s ok. On long rides it’s awful. I personally don’t think riding two up is ideal for this bike unless you had a small child. I’m 5’8” and when I sit on the bike my backside is about 2 to 3 inches from the end of the seat not enough room for a second rider in my opinion 👍

    Great honest feedback.. I’m planning to buy this for two rider but don’t know how comfortable is the rear passenger? Please share any info (comfort, range, speed ) if you are going to test with a passenger. Thanks again

      Thank you! I wouldn’t want to ride two up on this bike unless the second rider was a small child. I’m 5’8” and when I sit on the bike my backside is about 3 inches way from the end of the seat cushion. It would be very uncomfortable with another adult.

      I don’t know what your money situation is, but if I were you I would buy the hyper scrambler 2 then go on craigslist and buy her a used electric bike. I think both of you will have a better experience riding. If she is anything like my wife, she will complain the entire time and get upset because I’m going to fast or start yelling at me because I hit a big bump ect.. Save yourself the headache and get her, her own bike to ride😂
