Well, I have no knowledge or experience other than this test drive and I don't think this was a hybrid. I would first go by your experience with your current Buick, how is the reliability, build quality and service situation? Then I would research the reliability and specific issues and failures online to see if that year / model is known for having specific problems. Last is the warranty, I would only buy one with some kind of warranty, either through Buick pre-owned or certified or an aftermarket one. That way if you do have a catastrophic failure, you would not be at a total loss. Thanks and please subscribe, I am pushing to get 500 subscribers and am almost there!!

Those are the original Rally II wheels, why do you ask about new ones? I will be doing a few more videos, but am most likely selling it to a friend when the body work is finished.

@@loudmouthnewyorker2803 Personally, I'm not a big fan of aftermarket rims. If anything, I would pay to have these totally refurbished / restored / refreshed to try to retain the most original look possible.

TBH, I did not check or go into the trunk. I only used the Tesla official charging station with its own cable. I would think Budget can tell you what their car comes with if you are renting. Thanks for watching and please subscribe!!

Rented with Budget last week and they said they remove them from all their EVs.

@@pinoyclass I think you would either ask someone at the rental counter or call their customer service phone line. The only thing I found online is that there should be an adapter in the trunk for a non-Tesla charger, but that is not a plug-in cable for 110 or 220. Well you can either get the console or a third seat in the middle, but not both. It's like the Ghost in that sense, you have the option for 4 seats or 5 seats. Thanks for watching and please subscribe.

@@Tkpanda240 I guess it's all personal perference and what you want to use it for. I think it's a lot more luxurious with the console and only two seats in back, but it does make it less practical.

Is it really that bad? I'm looking into buying this car. And if it's as bad as you make it sounds. It might be annoying to use. Is there no shortcut you can set to reach the functional you want quicker?

@@metalstorm45 iDrive lets you setup shortcuts for functions you want to get to quickly. I only had about 5 minutes messing around with it at the dealer so I'm not sure what all it can or can't do. Like with my Tesla, you have to ask yourself what are you going to be reaching for the screen or the idrive knob frequently to adjust while driving? Climate? That's fast and easy.

I have not but that makes sense. I don't think I would own an EV, i like having the gas option. What if the power grid went down for a week, what would EV drivers do?

Base price for 2023 Long Range Model 3 is $47,240 or with lease payments about $450 a month (this was a 2022 so slightly less).

@@jasminespencer3992 With prepayment discount, it was $56 a day, which after PSP airport taxes and fees is $80 a day. That is with no extra insurance or coverage.

Come on, I can barely control that beast! It's at the limit of my ability due to seat height and overall weight. I don't like it as I really can't back it up myself without getting off, even on flat ground.
