Halo Infinite matchmaking/loading screens redesign
Просмотров 1082 года назад
This was done in Adobe XD, Media Encoder, and Premiere Pro. I thought that the loading screens could give the players more input and power over decisions (like game mode) and also an idea into what they are about to play in case they weren't playing attention during the voting process. Hope you like it! #halo #haloinfinite #UIredesign #multiplayer
Halo Infinite UI redesign

I did this in Adobe XD and took some video from the current UI with the buttons removed, and then added stuff from the community for other parts. A few notes: -The background for the multiplayer screen is the warthog because I wasn't able to get the spartan squad background without the UI present. -The Multiplayer list is now listed in order that I think is most played game modes to least, alth...
My Journey with Pericarditis (thus far)
Просмотров 3,2 тыс.4 года назад
A few months ago I was diagnosed with Pericarditis, which is an inflammation of the heart. I made this video to hopefully help people that are looking for answers (as I am looking for new knowledge as well). It's been a 3 month journey up until now and I haven't been able to work. Since then I've been devoting myself to learning as many skills as I can that don't involve setting my recovery bac...

I started getting chest pain after the vax. But only when lying down, and mainly at night. An episode would last 2-3 hours with me sitting up in bed and my husband trying everything to help me through the pain. The pain is across my chest, goes into my mid back, jaw and down my right arm. I’ve done ecgs, echo and stress tests, pulmonary tests and have received many diagnoses from Interstitial Lung disease to Intercostal nerve pain to complex regional pain syndrome but Pericarditis has never been suggested. But the “chest pain when lying down” really makes me wonder. It started in July 2021 and I’ve had the episodes since then. And it’s not just when lying down now but whenever I’m doing something strenuous. I have to sleep halfway sitting up and if I slide down my pillows the chest pain wakes me up. Kinda fed up of this.

I had a classic presentation. I put up with for 7 hours overnight on New Years. Got my Dad to drive me to the emergency room early that morning. This was 2021. The ECG said heart attack but the pain was worse when laying down and better when sitting forward. They knew instantly it was pericarditis. Colchicne, ibprofen and codeine for 3 months and not a single problem since. Glad you were put on colchicine as its the first line treatment for pericarditis. Rest is everything in this situation. I did nothing for 3 months and it made recovery all the more easier. I was lucky i could work, isolated from home.

Thanks for sharing your journey. I got rushed to hospital after experiencing 4 days of severe pain. Couldn’t breathe but the scariest part was my heart went from resting pulse to above 200. Happened 3 times the last one scared me so much I organised an ambulance. Medication drained the fluid around the heart and lung. Was in hospital for 5 days been out a week now and just extremely tired and exhausted. But mostly just scared about my future. Take care everyone life is too short.

Thank you for sharing your journey! Like you said, exposure to so many things can cause this (virus like covid, bacteria, fungis, etc). I truly hope you and everyone else watching that is dealing with this, find full recovery and healing! I notice it a lot more when I recline, lay down, push myself or get too tired, and especially when I catch anything respiratory like a cold from someone (pretty sure covid started it all). I was diagnosed with Pericarditis and Pericardial Effusion November 2023 but was having symptoms for 11 months prior. Doctors would not take it serious or look into it because I'm young (28 now) and waved it off as palpitations. Went to the ER for abdominal/chest pains and a CT scan caught the heart issue. It's been over a year now of Idiopathic Effusion and Pericarditis and finally getting treated with Colchicine and Aspirin for 6 weeks to see if it helps at all. The cardiologist was perplexed that it took so long to get real help but we're still trying to figure out what's causing it to be chronic. Best wishes to all dealing with this❤ We will get through it!

So much empathy! It’s so painful, this last flare up took 2 months to get a diagnosis, and I hace had it at least 3 other times that went away with me taking ibuprofen thinking I had just strained my muscles or pulled cartliage from my sternum. Trying to be patient!! It’s a long healing process!

@@moniqueflake2504 It's unfortunate that doctors aren't more proactive doing testing during early stages but it seems like more people are having heart related issues, so maybe there will be more awareness from all of this🩷 Does anything seem to aggravate and cause it to come back for you? I've heard excessive exercise and stress can so I'm avoiding it as much as possible for now.

What tests detected your Pericarditis? I've got my X-Ray and ECG reports yesterday, X-ray was normal but ECG (Electrocardiograhy) report said I have Sinus Bradycardia ( which means low heart rate) But I have the symptoms of Pericarditis Suddenly I get a sharp pain as if someone was stabbing me with a pin or knife ( like a real sharp pain) and I couldn't take a deep breath as it would worsen my pain. It usually lasts for few seconds to few minutes and then the pain gone. It used to happen once in a month or 6 months or even week sometimes. Initially I ignored it coz it lasts for few sec to few minutes and then the pain would go away. Last week it lasted for half an hour, omg I was so scared, and after that I got that attack 4-5 times this week. I told my mother about this, immediately called my Uncle Who's a doctor, he advised me to get my ECG and X-Ray done. Now that I got my reports, it didn't diagnose the cause of my sharp sudden chest pain, it only said my heart rate was low. I consulted Cardiologist, he said I need Echocardiography as well. As I was searching my symptoms on Google, it said these are the symptoms of Pericarditis. Then I saw a couple of medical Videos on RUclips about Pericarditis, I feel I might have Pericarditis. I'm just 19 years old and feeling very anxious about it.

Sorry you're going through that! The test that was important for me was a blood test. It identified key proteins that showed inflammation in the heart. You have to go ahead and hit it with a hunter.... or any zombie i think. It takes awhile so you want to give yourself a good amount of time. It might have been solved in the update but idk.
