I BELIEVE THE SPONTANES PLAYED FOR US AT LOUISBURG COLLEGE IN THE MID-1970'S AROUND '76-'77. THEIR "HARLEY HOG AND THE ROCKERS" FIFTIES SET WAS AMAZING!!!

I REMEMBER SEEING THE SPONTANES AND THEIR "HARLEY HOG AND THE ROCKERS" IN THE MID-1970'S. I BELIEVE WE HAD THEM PLAY FOR A DANCE AT LOUISBURG COLLEGE IN THE '76-77 SCHOOL YEAR.

My pan and lid looked almost identical to Ed's. It was SO wedged in there I still had my doubts. However I went and got a rubber mallet and slightly heated the pan up and held the pan by the lid with my left hand and tapped pretty hard on the edges of the pan with my right - LOVE YOU ED - it worked. If this RUclips video was not here, how many of us would have wasted good pans and lids by throwing them away? So many. I love learning tips on RUclips. Keep it up, America!

The lid i used was smaller than my pan so it stuck in the middle of the pan. For me, hitting sides of the pan worked rather than hitting on top of it
