Do you know why my cyan little cartdridge is the only one that doesn't have ink in it? I tried following this tutorial but noticed that the little box you took out from the printer doesn't have ink... so i'm assuming the ink isn't getting to that little box from the wire... so i'm not sure what i need to do?

There is a lot of ink coming out of the print head onto the paper towel, but still printing blank other than blue. Any ideas?

I would strongly suggest to make your videos before drinking rather than after. Or else have a friend hold the camera for you. I got my printer working, thanks.

The only thing you didn't mention was what kind of sublimation paper you were testing with. Hiipoo ink and Hiipoo paper or some other type of sub paper. Thanks!

Left the cleaning solution in for an hour. Plugged it in and pages are totally blank

The user manual is wrong about the syringe. Go back to your first arrangement but switch ends so the yellow piece is attached to the syringe. You then have a nice right angle and easy access to the ink inlets.

I have another tip ... did you know that you actually DO NOT need sublimation paper??? you can use regular printer paper and it will work..... you're welcome ;)
