My two main criteria for inclusion

1. I teach the easiest techniques that I've discovered to do a maneuver. If a video teaches a technique that is more difficult than it needs to be, it will not be included in one of my lists.

2. I prefer videos that communicate the what, how, feel and why for each skill or technique. Some students are less interested in the why, so it can be considered optional.
