Then I saw the good ending sequence. 🥺 Honestly, Daisuke and Curly look in their elements there, I don't think I even need to say anything about Anya because it's clear like day, and damn, it's the second time I see someone drawing Swansea being a grandpa. 🥹 One of the best "would be's" I've seen in this fandom. ❤️❤️❤️

This is randomly one of my fav Mouthwashing animatics, or at least my favorite Curly one. Curly's dynamic with Jelly is so messy and interesting. Curly is both a victim and enabler, and while it incredibly important to remember the enabler aspect, I think it's also interesting to see the victim aspect. In fact, that may be considered another aspect of his enabling. Curly not only enables Jam when others are hurt, but when he is hurt as well, which is one of his greatest flaws (and one of my favorite things about him). I've liked messy and morally-grey characters before, but Curly is one of the few where I like him specifically because of him being so 3 dimensional.

THE COMMENTARY IS SO REAL AND I AGREE WITH EVERY WORD OF IT. LIKE, THIS IS *EXACTLY* MY OPINION ON CURLY. I love this people-pleasing mf and this is the hill I'm willing to die on. (LOVE YOUR ART BTW)
