      @@markusbreuniger yes the retargeting is a display campaign targeting conversions. We’re retargeting to website visitors as a whole so our audience includes organic traffic and paid.

    What do you think is a solid Top of page % and absolute top of page %.....I usually try for at least 80% top of page and at least 40% for absolute top of page. I am in real estate & have been running over 100 campaigns for 4 years now.

      Every client and business is different. Top of page % and Absolute TOP % are very important metrics, although we typically utilize those metrics later in the campaign after it's been running for 30+ days.

    I worked for a towing company and operated a rollback. AAA pays the owner of the company $40 for an emergency roadside tire repair, and approximately $30 for a key assist on a locked vehicle. Generally speaking, the operator of the tow truck / rollback gets 4% of what AAA pays. AAA expects me to get out on busy I-68 and risk my life to change a tire for $4. No thanks!

      @@maxwind1862 we’ve heard similar stories with our clients working with companies such as AAA or other roadside assistance pay-per-job vendors. Generating your own leads and not relying on another company is very important to profitability.

      Dedicated landing page for each ad group. For example in the Junk Removal industry having two separate ad groups for hoarder cleanout and just general junk removal, also having one for hot tub removal, etc... The bare minimum should be having a dedicated landing page, however if you want to take it a step further have one for each ad group/theme.

      @@swimboy89 changing the landing page relevancy will only change 1 of 3 aspects of quality score. You will need to work on improving CTR as well as ad relevance to increase quality score. This can take weeks and sometimes months.

    hey Kyle, are you trracking conversions using server side tagging? i tried everything to be able to track at least 90% of my google conversions, (landing page form submission and phone calls) but no luck and even hired a guy on fiver and he said the only way to track 100% is using server side

      @@ryanalfred3497 offline tracking is the way to go. We are tracking server side aka “offline” or “data import” basically when someone calls it will tell Google ads that there was a lead.

    Thanks for the video. I have a question, why choose Last Click Attribution instead of Data Driven Attribution?

      We typically choose Last Click Attribution when we want to give full credit to the final interaction that directly leads to a conversion. Data Driven Attribution uses machine learning to distribute credit across all touchpoints in the customer journey which is helpful as well, however, at Max Conversion we like to use Last Click as a way to easily organize data and attribute success to specific keywords instead of across multiple keywords. Overall, they both work we just prefer last click model.

      @@jessieleebaker search partners will typically generate clicks at a cheaper price. It’s likely your bid isn’t high enough, however I’m just guessing without knowing your industry. I would recommend reviewing the keyword planner and see if the bid is set high enough.

      @@alkhado both phone calls and form submissions are great. Phone calls are beneficial because you can collect all the information up front and schedule a date, with a form you still have to reach out and connect with a prospect. Theres benefits to both and in our search ads we use both.

      It depends. Lead cost varies per location due to a difference in CPC. With a solid landing page and a well setup campaign, you can generate leads anywhere from $20-60.

      If there are no impressions you should increase your Max CPC. The bid is likely to low.

    Shouldn't negative keywords be put in exact match?

      Only if you want that specific word without additional context added as a negative. For example, "semi" in phrase match would negative the word inside any phrase such as "Semi insurance", "semi truck insurance near me", etc... While exact match [semi] would only negative the word SEMI searched without additional wording. Phrase match is best for this tactic.
