Depends on what style plastics your bike has.. pretty much any graphics company can make them I have a deal with bikegraphix and they do a pretty good job

What’s it doing? Sometimes the air fuel on those can be tricky

The tb parts big bore kit will work for that motor it’s just a yx150 it actually takes the same head and cylinder as the yx160 the only difference in the two is the stroke of the crankshaft.. so you can get a stock 60mm cylinder or upgrade to the big bore 62mm cylinder

Did you get the right size wrist pin for your piston.. mine was a 14mm wrist pin and I ended up with a 13mm one and it made a loud noise because the rod was knocking the pin around

@@1E11evenMoto yeah that was right. Dumb thing is is I tore it apart again because the stupid thing started smoking real bad burning oil. Come to find out it blew the valve seal off again. This thing has literally for 2.5 miles so I took it apart the last time. It almost looks like the piston isn't sitting flush in the cylinder. I think I'm done with this kit. I can't think of one area I went wrong. So far it's been nothing but a waste of money.

@@1E11evenMoto I've actually tried that and they always give me simple generic answers. Ex. Why does the exhaust valve seal keep blowing off? Something to do with how my timing is like I mentioned or possibly bad timing chain? Answer: Check crank case breather. Honestly I've tried nearly everything. Torn the engine apart 4 or 5 times now. Ordered all the new stuff I mentioned. But their answers get me no where.

@@1E11evenMoto I asked them whether or not I needed to replace the valve seat seals that came with my new valve kit or could I keep to old ones on still since they didn't look bad and I figured the new ones were the same as the old ones. Answer: Valve seat seals? Then I asked them if my piston goes the same way as usual even though when installed the "IN" actually says "NI" when in the right position. Answer: Ours looks the same and aren't sure about my confusion. My confusion was whether or not it was stamped or milled correctly. I know intake indents are larger, but it was questionable if the piston was right. Anyway. So even they aren't much help.

No won’t fit..the 160 head is klx style.. the biggest kit you can put on the 125 is the tb parts 146cc kit.. they sell it on their website

Dnm suspension or engi suspension is the way to go.. I run a 1000lb spring dnm rear shock..my front forks are ZL with 30w performance bel ray fork oil also fully adjustable

I use the Zl 760mm fully adjustable.. I work for Orion Powersports and we should have them on the website..If not you can get them from wholesale cycle as well

@@1E11evenMoto thanks, we recently bought some 125cc x-pro storm bikes and are setting them up to race in a 143cc and under 12" rear tire class. They feel pretty good now , but we haven't tested them on the track yet. Shouldn't be long.

Yea it will make it a 177cc I believe and it’ll definitely be a monster my 170 has more torque than my 190

I would do the tb parts 146 kit for more power and they also have a v2 head I believe for the kit which makes a big difference
