He works best as a physical attacker, but since he has hybrid growths, with some luck he can work with magic too, which is his strongest point in my opinion! And that’s so true about his armour! I think his armour(s) being predominantly black is kind of cute xD All the other BLs are more associated with colours in their outfits but Sylvain has a lot that are just entirely black! And I also really like Dimitri’s High/Great Lord outfits too, he looks so cool! 😊 Thank you so much for keeping my suffering in your thoughts 😭 It’s definitely hard to manage the solo sometimes, but it’s really rewarding when it ends up working out 💖

I totally get you! I’ve been considering trying a solo with all the Blue Lions, and when thinking about how a Dedue solo would go, it would be tricky because he’s MIA for a few chapters during the War Phase… 😔 Maybe you could add a clause where Byleth takes Dedue’s place in the solo for the chapters he’s gone? That’s how I’ve been thinking of going about a Dedue solo eventually!

@@AquarellaVonCaelumia If you want my recommendation I would rule it as for chapters the unit can't be deployed its not relevant to the challenge and no rules apply to those chapters. Basically until you get control of a unit the solo run rules don't apply. It's pretty relevant across mutable units. (lords, late recruitments, units that leave) all fit into that category. Its either that or hack the game to replace a filler unit with your challenge unit. Obviously one is easier to achieve than the other. It also really prevalent for hunting by day break because some units spawn at the back half of the map or not at all, same rules apply if you can't use them until you gain control of your solo run unit anything is fair game. In my opinion the solo run unit in question is already heavily punished for missing out on EXP so it balances out.

This is actually the first time I ever attempted Maddening in 3H xD But I've really been enjoying it so far! I think you should definitely attempt a solo, whether on Hard or Maddening! Bernadetta's really nice because she gets Pass!! No enemy units can stop her from waltzing up to the commander ha ha

@AquarellaVonCaelumia at one point I did a byleth solo which was really fun and I mastered every single class with her and now all my ng+ files have the goal of getting her to S+ on every skill
