Leg Exercise for mild stroke patients at home (Tagalog)
Hello everyone!
In this video I shared some easy to follow exercises that you can do to help strengthen your leg muscles. Ideally, this can be done by patients who experienced mild stroke and for patients who already have good standing balance. This is also a good leg strengthening exercise for seniors who wanted to maintain their lower body strength
