Come To Balance Drill (RB pass pro)
The two-part drill begins w/ the RB working the short-stride element, using tight elbows, tight hands and a violent punch. The drill transitions to a long-stride (at normal RB depth) to apply the same concepts from the initial element: eliminate air-space w/ great temp, come to balance with great hand and elbow positioning and to deliver a violent punch.

Tony Williams, Jr. University of Redlands football highlights
Просмотров 2368 месяцев назад
Senior Running Back Tony Williams Jr. ('23) led the SCIAC in rushing in 2023, along with leading the conference in all-purpose yards per game and scrimmage yards. He was also named the team's most valuable player. Williams is ready for a professional football opportunity. The Kid is electrifying and would be a great get for many pro teams.
American Gladiator Drill (RB pass pro)
Просмотров 2388 месяцев назад
The AG drill is designed to help the running back improve in the aspect of pass protection. The other RBs in the drill are acting ass pass rushers while working their ball security, jukes and other open field elements we typically see in football. #RunningBackDrills

“sway Drill” (RB lead block, QB power)
See full speed they forget in game time
As defensive coaches. we call these BTD’s…”bitch to defend” plays lol SMH
I'm 1st year assistant coach .. I'm very happy I found your drills very helpful, thanks coach
great video coach
I love when the ref gets volunteered as a blocker in a play. 0:35
This reminds me of a pork
Football drills look so useless lol
a good 70% look stupid and pointless but the moment you think about it will probably save their asses in most their games
@@yh-qe3ghdefinitely they just look dumb AF lol I'm more of a hooper but I played football as well. With basketball when we practice at least it felt like we were actually being productive football practice always felt like a waste of time besides the weight room😅.
What a drag
GO KINGSMEN!! 💛💜
Thanks for sharing.
0:32 Bruh, ref was watching a whole nother game, what was he doing?!? Lmao
That crack block @ 00:25
This channel is gold🙌🙌🙌
This has to be a spoof
Love it! Great stuff!
Looks like an influence trap against 4 down and base block the lb in odd
I'm no coach, but on the first to plays it looked like the play only worked because the linebacker made a bad read.
Yea and that tight end hesitates at first made it kinda sloppy but it worked out
It wasn't a bad read, he read his key which was the OG.
This used to be called an influence trap.
😐
There are a lot of moving parts here
This is an amazing wriggle. How do you pick who to wham?
On the play side, we’d block the first lineman B-gap in. So depending on the front, the H is blocking the 3-tech, the shade or even a head-up nose.
@@CoachRobbins33 is it a automatic give for the QB or is he reading the over hang player
@@donteellison2405 it was an automatic give for us, given that end man on the LOS was being blocked. A team could add that wrinkle and leave the end alone to be read and have the tackle work to the 2nd level.
