Pinkway Chainsaw Review | My Thoughts after owning this chainsaw for 6 months.
Просмотров 47021 день назад
It has been 6 months since we purchased the Pinkway 63CC model number DKW63ACG so I wanted to do an update video to let you know how I like it by now. I ended up changing out the bar to an Oregon 20” and took a little time to show the process of sharpening my chain after having cut with it a little more recently. We still prefer the Sthil saws but find that the Pinkway is a budget friendly way ...

There is more to come for harvest but we are off to a great start! Thanks for watching! As always, be sure to like, share and subscribe. Thank you!
Chopping Corn with IH 1486
Просмотров 7 тыс.2 месяца назад
Today we used the 1486 and the New Holland 900 to chop some corn to fill the silo with. We also take the time to show a little bit of the process inside of the silo when we go in to level out the corn after filing it up.
Bagger Setup and Chopping Hay and Corn

We start by getting the corn head out for the chopper and then take a little extra help in getting the AG 826 bagger set up before chopping both hay and corn for sileage.

We continue to work on our Farmall 300 to try to get it up and running. In this episode we concentrate on installing the rebuilt carburetor, performing a full ignition tune up and removing the gas tank. It is still a work in process and we hope to bring you more in this series. #rebuiltcarburetor #farmall #willitrun #farmall300 #tractor #fullignitiontuneup #youtubefarming

Oregon 3000 Series 30 Ton Log Splitter splitting Red Elm.
Seeing your's is just 1 season old, you may want to unscrew the plastic cap off the opposite end of the hydraulic valve. My oregon 3000 is now 3 seasons old, and the detent stopped working; won't return to neutral when auto returning. There was considerable condensation inside that cap. And further disassembly showed the 4 balls and sleeve extremely grungy and rusty. Maybe an annual shot of wd40 inside that cap would prevent this. Yes, that Kohler is a cold blooded rascal. Full choke just to start it.. even on mild days. After it's warmed up, it's fine.

11:55 So I have a garwinner 6220g which is the same thing as this just a different color. Is this the ACK? Mine says 50/1 on it, although I've noticed that the pinkways says 25/1. I've been running it 40/1 on lucas semi synthetic after 1 gallon of 25/1 for break in. I would highly advise to do the paper air filter upgrade. The stock filter allows saw dust to pass through it, which is just going to make the saw not last as long as it possibly could. Runs much better with a good air filter, of course you gotta tune it just a bit for the filter.
@@LordVesus I will look into the air filter upgrade. But I have been curious how many other names are on the same saw😂
@@WildFarmLife ruclips.net/video/oL9dvrvJa_M/видео.htmlsi=rQ5IerJOfN_uJ6pi heres a video of a guy installing one. theres a link for the part in the description. I think the spelling should be Shawartz. We had one for our 55 MTA
Love seeing the old time equipment still getting it done . I grew up on the farm and we upgraded from a 303 to a 815 with 2 kilbros hopper wagons and an IH 1600 loadstar grain truck. We were in the high cotton then till the farming went to the shitter and had to sell the equipment to save the family farm. Still have the land today, and proud of it. We had to sell out in the mid 80’s .
@@richardbeebe6172 that sounds like a good lineup. The 80s were hard on a lot of farmers, it’s too bad you had to give them up. Good to hear you were able to keep the land. Thanks for watching.
Unbolt the starter and bolt it back up.

Some of the best times I ever had with my wife was when we were small, making do, and she would ride in the cab with me. We have an old 9500 in the corner of the shed. I can’t part with it. My kids have asked why I’m so attached to it. I don’t have the heart to tell them they were probably conceived when their mom and I spread a blanket in the hopper and sipped Bish Light under the moonlight. Enjoy your time together. I lost my Mrs. to ALS. Savor every moment.
Thank you so much for sharing those sweet memories. Nothing wrong with keeping tractors simply for the nostalgia.
I have an International 430 baler. The original tires and wheels are long gone. Could you send me the tire and wheel sizes of the 445?
We will get a pic and let you know.

When you stepped across that PTO, I was so dissapointed in you. Don't you know, people die doing that. And your audience, may have impressionable people in it. Whats next? Gonna turn a tractor over in a ditch?
@@duanehanson8842 you are correct, that was a risky decision. It’s a good reminder that when a person is busy it’s not okay to skip the safety.

The most challenging part is coordinating a time with enough daylight for good quality video.
@WildFarmLife yes, your video is great. How long to make this video?

I’d be petrified of moving that 1460 on the road with your hills, I could never get the brakes to work right on my 1440 even when it was new. Make sure splines are good between engine & hydro & shifter cable is engaging gears the whole way. I’ve done my splines twice in 2500 hours. Great combines, just wish they had good brakes. Love your videos, safe harvest!
I also keep a rubber strap holding the tranny inn3rd gear when on the road to help keep it from popping out. Combine never has for me but I have 2 Ford 9030 bidi’s which have a similar setup & they have a habit of popping out of gear
@@hankelrod7315 yes we are always concerned about the hills because yes, the brakes do not work. We always try to keep on eye on the splines and all the variables but would like to move up to a 2100 series because they do have better brakes. Thanks for watching!

I bought the 56cc version of this saw a couple of months ago and absolutely love it. I named her Pinky Tuskadero because she's sexy. If you were born before 1980 or watched Happy Days you should know who Pinky Tuskedero is. I've been mixing the fuel 50-1 since day one and she runs perfect. I'm still using the same spark plug it came with and she runs perfect. Pinky set me back $125 but came with two blades and two bars. (18) and (20). Not sure if you mentioned that cuz I skipped threw the unboxing portion of your video. All I know is Pinky eats trees like I eat chocolate chip cookie dough raw and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The only thing I don't like about Pinky is that she was made in China and I bought it from Amazon. Both are communist pigs.

I think the closer you are to big city crazy drivers are worst. I was about 15yrs old. Moving a 95 John Deere combine , half way cross a bridge a car pulls on the bridge and stops. My thought is i'm not backing off this bridge. About that time a sherriff puuled up , had her back off the bridge. What state is your farm in?
