I had the same problem, alternator changed, but the alert is still there after I start the engine. Even changed the battery all cables and nothing helped. Anybody who experienced the alert after the alternator was changed?
Yes. Shit new parts. I've had 3 brand new bad alternators in a row...

Good job! Are they fixable? My diagnostic is "urea low pressure" and the tester is showing 4 bar instead of 5+ needed. For trucks, the most common fault is split pump membrane
Had the same problem today. Hooked up my scanner and I also showed 4 bar and then jumped up to 5.5 bar and started working. Possibly pump going bad?

Hi, good video. Soot doesn't appear to go over 5g but yet it is regenerating very frequently when driving (prob why soot is low)..any ideas?
Hi. I would drive it with scan tool connected and watch live data for Soot level. I have found that in about 15 miles of driving soot level cal fluctuate between 7-14g which is normal. I also found that those vans self regen at soot of around 21g.
@@MikeBetynaVANS yeah I have it plugged in. Doesn't seem to go over 7g before mbar pressure goes up and then wanting to regenerate so obvs that's very frequent

It should be dry in there. That indicates pump itself leaking. It will eventually flood the circuit board and mess it up.

I just purchased a new intake manifold for my 2017 cxeb Got the same fault code. How hard is to replace the manifold? Any tips for a diy-er like me?
It is a big job. Front end has to come off. Drain coolant. The high pressure fuel pipe from the pump and a few bits in the way.

The over complication in all this just for a pump is horrendous, and here we are trying to save the planet, everyhting is over emgineered to the nth with of course the extra cost involved, not forgetting the adblue cost manufacture distribution etc......

My C4 Picasso 2.0 bluehdi also has a leaking thermostat problem. But, The price quoted by the repair shop is too high... After the new thermostat is installed, is it necessary to use a diagnostic computer for configuration or something?
No. At aleast my Snap on zeus doesnt have any function for it. Replaced many of these and never had a problem.
Hi there, this joint is a buggeration. I tried your method and I can't see the clip. I can just about see the channel it sit in 😢
You need to tap the joint towards the shaft first to expose the clip a little. Then use 2 small picks to compress the clip and second person hits the joint with the hammer.

Just guesing but sounds like compression is too high so all the valves maybe closed. Timing/valvetrain issue maybe. I would still check fundamentals like engine earth, battery health first.

How comes you skipped 6 before e4 in stating the injector code. Is there a reason for not mentioning that or was that a miss typo? Iam trying to code injectors to my vivaro but having issues
I've missed it while typing subtitles. Thanks for mentioning that. Entire 7 digit/number code should be programmed. If youre having issues make sure you dont mistake O for 0 .

thanks for that, just ordered the seal kit as garage removed injectors and didn't use new seals, now have deisel knock. this should hopefully fix it.
Great job gentleman, manny thanks. On my Crossland X I connected pump with plus on top and minus down and the pump is turning revers I think because blow in tank not suck. Strange. On car don't have pressure.
I'm not familiar with this model but it sounds like youve got polarity reversed. Simply swap your wires around. DC motors are usually bipolar(work both ways). Most of adblue systems are pumping fluid back into the tank to drain any fluid left in the lines to prevent freezing when you switch your engine off. You may have 2 pumps. One that pressurises lines and one that drains them.
Have the Same Problem on Renault Master. 2.3 DCI… boost Noise Which Gaskets are recommended to change? Greetings from Germany :)

Im pulling my hair out on a Trafic III. Ive got charge voltage 14V with engine running. All modules are getting 14V aswell. But still a charge fault message on the dash, with DTC920F, 9211 and several others in the UPC. Any ideas? The pink control wire apparantly goes to pin 18 on Body Control Module 2 behind and above the glovebox, replaced it with makeshift wiring just to rule it out and did the same with the battery sensor but still no dice. Alternator is outputting 13-14 volts at the control wire pin when unplugged and the wire has 11V at the same time. Any insight would be greatly appreciated
Oscilloscope will tell you everything you need to know. LIN bus control is easy to verify with oscilloscope. Compare how your signal looks comparing to mine. It should be nice and even.

@@MikeBetynaVANS Alright just to recap for anyone having simillar issues sorry for the long text I measured 13v at the alternator LIN pin with the LIN wire disconnected and measured 0V on the wire itself, no LIN signal aswell. Turns out there is a break or open when checking ohms/continouity between connector X100 (its also called R262) situated in the large fusebox to the right of the main battery when standing infront, it has a blue locking tab you have to pull to disconnect it. Pin A6 is the one that goes to the alternator on the female connector, a pink wire. On the male side pin A6 should be white and goes directly to body control module 2 situated behind glovebox to the right of the airbag to pin 18 connector X3. Signal looks like its trying to wake the alternator up after repairing the wire so being sure now that all wiring is OK im replacing the alternator since that seems to be the only culprit

Its the 3rd one I've done and it took about 2hrs. First timer i would say 3,5hrs.

The Egr cooler alone is £175 + vat. Also additional 3 or 4 gaskets + big clamp. Labour 4-6 hours.

Bonjour et merci pour ce tutoriel car j'ai eu la même panne, de manière aléatoire, sur mon trafic et au garage ils pensaient à un problème de pédale d'accelérateur. J'avais seulement du jeu dans 2 des pins de la prise, mais pas de corrosion, j'ai nettoyé et retendu les 2 connections et hop plus de problème! Encore merci pour cette super vidéo!!!👍😎😎😎
