Два дни преди забраната, решихме да повторим това, което направихме на последния риболов. Времето този път беше чудесно. Рибите са били много активни сутринта, а следобед, когато отидохме ние, беше по-слабо. Въпреки това, се получи добър риболов и прехвърлихме хванатите риби в другия водоем.

This is common problem with these radios - after reprogram the channels and frequency range, the radio not working correct anymore. Squelch is always open and no TX power. Кратък риболов на костури след работа. Имах късмета да хвана трофеен костур. Основно лових с Fiiish Mud Digger, по някое време смених с MayFly, понеже рибите леко издребняха. I followed the steps in your video and then used a clone file on Chirp to try to upload our frequencies onto the new 888s. My company has a licensed repeater for one of our channels. The radios will receive on the repeater channel but will not broadcast. Will this fix this issue? From what I have been reading they have been shipping this to the US with this ability disabled.
Is this a ham repeater or not? What frequency you try to transmit? TX frequency ramge is 400-470 MHz I think...🤔

Also, after repeating this process it with a different radio seems to have the opposite effect and making the output of the radio extremely low after flashing with the 2019 repair file and then reloading our channels with Chirp on the non-repeater channels.
@@Nappi91 The offset is +5MHz. 464.387500 + 5Mhz is above 470MHz. That is the reason you can't transmit. Try to change frequency to 462.387500 with same other setting just for test and it will transmit. And there is at least two versions of this radio and they may have a different settings...
I tried to do this and it wouldn't work but when I changed the Freq back and it cleared the offset it was able to broadcast and not receive. I'll be honest I'm new to this and I thought just cloning the channels from our old 888s to the new ones should work but it hasn't. I do appreciate the help though.@@VA_Outdoors

Sorry but the instruction video is confusing! At 1:10 you say 'frequency range is not correct'. How did you manage to wirite(and save) to file if range is VHF, but freq in list are UHF?? Also, from an empty file, in a second you bring up a filled in file with all the freq, without an explanation! Help me to follow maybe I'm doing something wrong here

Hi! does it restart when you raise the output to max? i got it replaced (the same component), but now it does not work with only USB. Only with USB and AC . but when i put high output volume, it restarts, pc does not recognise it. Could it be the component or the the soldering?

@MyWeekend Hi, i wonder mine a Baofeng UV-S9 plus, everytime i tried to do a scan within uhf range. it always restart to vhf 130.000 any idea why? i have program it previously in chirp with radiodity uv-5rx3. possibly it broke the firmware.

@@RS-lo2zj yes, that is possible. Anyone with a walkie-talkie on 145.800 can talk instead the ISS. But no one will hear it more than a few kilometers away :) And at the same time, so many people are listening and recording the ISS. There are no obstacles between the ISS and the ground, and the signal is strong wherever the ISS is visible.

just download the file and open it in 888s software. Connect the radio with USB cable, select COM Port and press write. Did you watch the video?

Thanks one billion times - 888s.exe is junk - easy to mess up. THIS IS THE ONLY SOLUTION AND IT WORKS . GET THAT .480 FILE !! IT IS MAGIC
I am happy that helped! After that issue, I use only CHIRP. I have many different radios and never had a problem with CHIRP.
