classic recipes from Italy ❤️ my name's Marco Dilenge: 30 years of Italian Cooking experience, 50 years of Italian Eating experience. I'm sharing how to cook quality food quick & easy.
Based in Mandello del Lario at Lake Como, I got access to quality ingredients, from all over Italy, 100% natural. Some of them I grow in my backyard (truly "a chilometro zero").
Authentic Italian Cooking means:
1. AUTHENTICITY: preparing traditional Italian dishes the classic way - but being open to add a slight personal touch (which is common in Italy with its local variations).
2. SIMPLICITY: Italian dishes typically have few ingredients. Most of my recipes are easy to prepare - in about 20 minutes. By following the process in my videos, ANYONE should be able to re-cook them.
3. 100% MADE IN ITALY: I only use ingredients "made in Italy". This may guide you to buy the right groceries - imported from Italy to your country.

I love how simple it is but full of goodness pesto. Do you know ortica? Wild plant nettle . My mother in law cooked it like frittata and it's good and i have learned that it can be made with pesto I might try it one day 🥰

I collected these chestnuts just 2 days ago near my house - season is during October-November, amazing how easily they can be roasted and removed the skin, all details in this quick tutorial, and for any questions just ask me
Wow even if your lemon plants seem so young and yet it produces lemon already. The bigger looks like cedro . I like how you processed the peel we never do that but I think it's okay. Thanks for sharing i will go back here when we make again the limoncello
thank you Ruth, the big one was a lemon, while the small ones are kumquat (which I prefer for normal use), I also eat them with zest

thanks a lot Ruth, any bean type is good, make sure you water them for some hours, the longer, the more you can reduce cooking times, you can also add Parmigiano instead of provolone

grazie mille Mariano. Praticamente l'ho cucinato come piatto unico, il riso assorbe il sugo - in alternativa si potrebbe anche leccare il piatto 😁 oppure servire con patate lesse o con il pane. Davvero facile, una volta che ci hai messo gli ingredienti in pentola, aspettare per 3 ore e si mangia.. :)

How you stay so thin and fit eating pasta bread and beer?
everything I eat is unprocessed food, no artificial flavors (meaning also less sugar), 100 % natural ingredients. A beer is not unhealthy and ahs a fraction of calories compared to a glass of Cola. And non industrial bread is also healthy, btw I also have a homemade bread recipe on this channel :)
I think it's great combination hard and soft but i really couldn't take hard rice well it's me . The sauce tastes wonderful , peppers and tomatoes are just really good sometimes i do that in pasta as well. Thanks for sharing this is really amazing dish im starving now
thank you so much Ruth, it was rather meant like a play of words, the rice is cooked, but not overcooked :) you can certainly also eat it with boiled potatoes, and even with pasta as piatto unico, the meat is so soft you will not need a knife
