@@belmontvii I know exactly how you feel and it feels so hard to get out of sometimes. I think the best thing you can do if you aren’t finding a path you want to go down yet is to at least do the best with what you can control right now. All of the free things, like working out, getting good rest, eating cleanly, sticking to a budget and saving your money. I think if you focus on doing these things, then you’ll be ready to go when an opportunity presents itself. Ready physically and you’ll have a little savings to the side if you need to invest it. But I know how hard it can be. I think this lack of comfort with your situation is a good thing because it is what’s pushing you to get out of it and shoot for a better life. Just know that if you’re getting in the gym everyday and working, you’re doing better than most people already so keep it up and keep getting stronger. You got this.

Other people around you are going through the same things as you but they might not be focused on getting out of that situation in the same way you are. But I also think it’s good to know that there are other people out there going through the same thing, so you don’t feel alone. @@johnnorton2287 Oh what a small world. We grew up in the same area, so you know how it is. I have actually been to DC once, but it was a while ago. I actually really liked it when I was there. I liked not only the city area, but I remember enjoying Georgetown as well. I’m not exactly sure where the Navy Yard area is at but I will search it up. That’s a great recommendation. I will watch some videos on the area and see if that’s a potential place I could move to. Thanks for letting me know!

@@ChipoTheAlt You are welcome. I know what you mean, it’s not good long term. Especially since it doesn’t actually fix the habit of being nice to people that are trying to use you. I don’t think there’s anything wrong with being nice, but if it means putting yourself down to do so, it’s just not worth it. The best part about it is, you don’t owe them anything at all, unless you are actually indebted to them. If they want to dislike you because of it, that’s their problem. I think you will come across genuine people that are similar to you eventually and then it will be reciprocated. Thank you sharing your experience my friend 🙏🏼
